We are excited to share that the brand-new outdoor entertainment space at BLISS At Bethany Beach is fully completed and ready for your stay! The finished upgrades feature a beautiful new in-ground pool complete with dual lounging decks and an ADA-accessible entrance, a cozy fire pit lounge, an upgraded play area with a regulation cornhole court, a Weber gas grill, a serpentine outdoor shower with easy roll-in/walk-in access, and a six-person hot tub. Designed with gathering and relaxation in mind, it’s the perfect spot to make lasting memories.
The pool will be heated May 1st through October 1st.

LINENS
1st Choice Properties provides bed and bath linens for you. Your linen package includes fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillowcases for all beds; sets of bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths for all guests; bathmats for all full baths and kitchen towels. Your linens will be delivered to the home prior to your arrival; you are responsible for putting the linens on the beds. You are also responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.

STARTER KIT
1st Choice Properties also provides a Starter Kit with all rentals. Your Starter Kit includes (1) roll of paper towels, (2) rolls of toilet paper, (1) 3oz bottle of dish soap, (1) dish sponge, (1) 13gal kitchen trash bags. You are responsible for providing any additional toiletries, soap, and paper products as needed.
Bliss At Bethany Beach offers complimentary luxury toiletries in primary en-suites, as well as a Welcome Basket which includes granola bars, chips, starter Keurig Pods, teas and creamer.

MISCELLANOUS
The maximum occupancy is 18 people.
There is a limit of 6 vehicles. Parking is available for 6 cars in the driveway. No Street Parking permitted
Please refrain from bringing pets or smoking/vaping anywhere on the property. Fines will apply to any violations of these policies. Thank you for helping us keep the property clean, comfortable, and enjoyable for all guests.

Service Animals: Service animals are always welcome. Please contact us in advance so we can properly prepare for your arrival

Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Check-in is 4PM and check-out is 10AM. This is non-negotiable. Your access codes for the property will activate and deactivate precisely at these times; occupancy outside these timeframes without express permission from 1st Choice Properties is considered unlawful trespassing. 1st Choice Properties will contact you directly the day of your arrival if your property is available for an early check-in at no additional cost to you; this is our standard practice and you do not need to contact us to opt-in to it.
