We had a lovely weekend. House was clean and beds were comfortable. We didn’t get to use outdoor spaces other than hot tub due to weather. Outside screen porch needed a little better cleaning but not to keep from a 5 star rating. Only recommend a few more forks and a new toaster. Outlets on coffee wall are not working but plenty of room on the island to brew. Overall great time.

This property was more than what we hoped. A place for everyone! So many sleeping arrangements to accommodate multiple families. The game room is such a great added bonus for those fun family night. And of course the dock for fishing and boating and enjoying those amazing Lake Anna sunsets. We will definitely be back!

Our stay was so relaxing and enjoyable . The house and boathouse was great . Very clean and spacious. The kitchen was incredibly large which was great. Game room was a hit for the younger crowd. Only thing was the driveway was steep and narrow for trucks and boat trailers. But that was only thing , everything else was great . Had an amazing time . Thank you

This place is even better than it looks in the photos and it already looks great. Super clean, very communicative host, and an incredible location right on the lake for a very reasonable price. The game room in the garage is also really fun! Truly would not change anything. We had such a great time and I’m already looking forward to staying here again.

We had a great stay!! House was clean, beds were comfortable and had a nice layout. Upstairs had two bedrooms with full baths and half bath in hallway. Master had a desk area with extra monitors that we could hook up to our laptop as we did need to work one of the days we were there. It had a nice open kitchen/living room with many cooking essentials and comfortable covered deck area. Attached garage had a fun game area with extra fridge, large TV and couches. Downstairs was really comfortable with nice carpeting and lots of beds for the kids which led to the outdoor deck with the hot tub, grill and eating area. We especially loved the covered dock area by the lake with the fridge, counter space and lots of seating. We brought 2 boats and had plenty of room to dock. Marina to drop our boats was a short drive away and seafood restaurant was a short boat ride. House also had corn hole, 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards with extra life vests. We lucked out with having 90 degree sunny weather the entire stay. The beach area was sandy and gradually got deeper to wade in. Our only complaint was the long single lane driveway but besides that, we would definitely stay here again! It was wonderful!!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Dogwood Tree House! Plenty of activities to do they even had fishing poles!! Can’t wait to stay again!!
