The two bedroom and bath layout, units condition and 180 degree ocean view were outstanding and as advertised. Rick was a super responsive and a pleasure to rent from. We would definitely consider one of his properties for a future rental!

We recommend this condo. It was clean, the location was excellent, and we enjoyed our stay.The unit sits directly on the beach, with a beach access path one house down. The boardwalk is a five-minute walk. The listing calls it a luxury condo, and it was better than the typical vacation rental.The unit is on the second floor of a six-unit, three-story building. Parking is next to and under the building and fits two sedans (for the unit). Two full-size trucks would be a tight fit.The owner responded promptly to every request.

Very clean, very nice place to stay! My sister and I stayed for the One Tree Hill weekend where everything was busy busy busy! We didn’t stay much at the condo. Only suggestion I would suggest is upgrading the sleeping pillows. Beautiful location and a peaceful balcony to close the night out listening to the waves right outside the door. Nothing better! Thank you for the hospitality Rick!

Thank you for your review. I use all high thread count linens, high end towels, and Sealy Black Edition pillows replaced annually. Pillow comfort is very subjective and do not always work well with every guest.

Had a wonderful stay at this oceanfront condo! The unit is nicely upgraded, clean, and comfortable, with a beautiful balcony overlooking the ocean. The oceanfront location was perfect, with easy and convenient access to the beach. Loved being able to relax on the balcony and enjoy the ocean views. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo was extremely clean (shout out to the cleaning staff) and had all new appliances and nice furniture to complement the place. You could tell it had been renovated recently and that they did a great job. There was plenty of supplies (laundry detergent, paper towels, ect and had a nice kitchen to prepare any meals. I would highly recommend this place as it is what you see in the ad if not better. Location is literally right next to the beach access and owner is very responsive. Rent with ease of mind, we’ve rented worse for more than we payed for this. You can tell the owner made a conscious effort to make this place nice. We had a great time.

The view saw great! The condo was clean with all the expected / advertised extras. We had no issues during our stay. The only bad thing was that we had to pack out and come home. We would definitely stay here again or at one of his other listed properties.

The wife and I had a great time staying here. Just steps away from the beach. Everyone was friendly. The host was very helpful when we had questions about the parking and using a grill. We would definitely stay at this property again and I recommend this property to anyone visiting Carolina Beach.

Our first stay in Carolina Beach was perfect because Rick’s condo made it that way! We have traveled for 40 years and we can say this was probably the cleanest and most comfortable condo! The immediate access to the beach, a private balcony (truly private, without neighbors to look at in the unit) and everything we needed for cooking created an outstanding experience!! Rick was very quick to respond to my questions and made us feel valued as his tenants. Thanks, Rick! Looking forward to future visits!

The property was excellent! Extremely clean and appointed with everything you could want. Appliances were like new, beds were very comfortable and everything was fully stocked. Check in and communication was easy as could be. Rick forwarded all the info including parking passes to print off, well in advance. This condo was worth every penny. There is a reason Rick’s property has 5 star reviews! His communication was prompt and clear. He was super responsive and helpful when we had to add additional days to our stay. The condo was well appointed and very clean. Living room furniture and beds were comfortable. Nice rugs in living room and master bedroom help reduce noise. Easy access to the beach and beautiful views from porch were also highlights. His parking spots allowed easy in/out access. Thirty steps to the condo just to be aware, although it would not stop me from renting Rick’s condo again. He’s a conscientious host who seems genuinely interested in his guests having a positive experience.
