Overall the property is a great find for a big group but I would never recommend it. Unfortunately I had to ask several times for check in instructions and then when I finally got the instructions for the property, they were extremely unclear and the listed address was different than what we thought and were only informed 24 hours before of this. We got to the property at 5:30pm and check in was open at 4pm. Even though we got there after check in, the cleaning service was still there and there was food on the counter. I assume that if we would’ve arrived at 4pm the unit wouldn’t have been clean. This is frustrating considering the cost and that the cleaner was still there until past 6pm. Then the key was no where to be found and when we finally found it in the unit it did not work. The host said the front desk could let us in. When the rest of our group arrived they waited for a long time and the front desk told them they weren’t on a list to be let into the unit even though the host said they cleared all our names. Finally someone came and brought a key. This was an incredibly unprofessional operation. We are not high maintenance and could understand a small miscommunication or broken key but the combination of all of this made us not feel safe and very frustrated. So overall, the unit is nice, location is good, but the property managers were the worst I have encountered.

The property and apartment are lovely and in a great location. Overall the stay was great. The main issues I had were regarding communication with the host. For example, we were told the keys would be in the unit when we checked in. No keys to be found when we arrived, and when we did find out the keys were at the desk we quickly discovered that the lock battery was dead and one of the key fobs wasn’t actually for the unit. I tried several times to communicate with the hosts, who were always polite when they did respond, however they didn’t actually do anything to help fix the issues. Ultimately we ended up fixing the lock ourselves after two days with no one coming by to address the issue. Only other thing I would say is that the kitchen was not as well stocked as I would have hoped given that it’s meant for longer term stays. But the properly definitely fit the bill for what I needed with my family, was spacious and it was wonderful to have 2.5 bathrooms!

Apartment was spacious clean and well furnished. Little bit on the expensive side but I think that's just par for course for where it is. Would definitely stay again!

The apartment was exactly as described—bright, clean, and really spacious. Everything in the unit was in good working order, and the host was both helpful and responsive during our stay.We travelled with our two kids, it was the perfect fit for our family; we appreciated that the host provided also a crib, which made traveling with our children much easier. The neighborhood is great, with everything you may need reachable by a short walk. We enjoyed our time here and would recommend it!

This was the perfect location for us. Close to the subway and within walking distance of shopping and restaurants and the 911 Memorial. Roomy accommodations, comfortable, quiet, host very available. It checked all the boxes!

I gave this stay 4 out of 5 stars. A couple of hours before our scheduled check in, I received a call letting us know that the original place we booked had experienced a burst pipe. While that was obviously unexpected, the team was quick to offer an alternate property that they said was more spacious and could still accommodate our group.Overall, the replacement worked well for our needs and the location was great. We were able to walk to many places nearby, which made the stay very convenient.That said, it seemed like the alternate unit may not have been fully prepared before our arrival. The cleanliness could have been better, and the back door leading to the staircase was not locking properly when we arrived. Maintenance had to come out to fix it, which caused a bit of a delay and disrupted some plans we already had scheduled.Even with those hiccups, I appreciate that the team worked to accommodate us on short notice after the issue with the original booking. Situations like that are sometimes outside everyone’s control. My only suggestion would be that when guests are moved to a different unit, it would be helpful to do a thorough walkthrough beforehand to ensure everything is clean and fully ready.Overall, it was still a good stay, and we appreciated the effort to make alternate arrangements.

The apartment is located in FiDi of NYC with very close access to the subway. There is a Whole Foods nearby, which was nice, and the area felt very safe. It is a business area for sure, so we had to walk a bit to find restaurants and coffee and such. The apartment pictures looked as it is on VRBO. The beds were comfortable and we did not feel like there was a lot of street noise. We do wish they had a few more basics such as hand towels in the bathrooms, paper towels by the sink, soap for the shower, and a manual for the apartment with instructions for the apartment, the area and such. But overall, it was a great stay and no complaints.

We couldn’t have been more pleased with our condo. It was perfect in terms of size, comfort, cleanliness and location. The building is new and the rooftop pool and lounge areas are fabulous. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby and transportation options including subway stops. I can’t recommend this place enough!!

Very nice, clean, quiet space to stay. Woukd stay there again! Great area of the city as well. Very comfortable beds. Everything was incredibley clean. Beautiful and serure building. Gorgeous rooftop acess
