Incredible stay for our group of 8. Total of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and one of the rooms has two bunk beds that can sleep 4 people. Massive dining table that can fit up to 10 people! Also a very spacious living room which comfortably seated all 8 of us! The condo was spotless when we arrived, the 2 reserved parking spots were great to have, location is absolutely perfect. Our balcony overlooked the resort style pool. The building has elevators and luggage carts which made it easy for us to get to the higher level. Beach tram stop located right in front of the building which made it incredibly easy to get to the beach. I would highly suggest this accomodation to anyone!

Thank you for the 5-star review and for choosing Villas at Seacrest C302. Glad the condo worked so well for your group—the four bedrooms, bunk room, large dining table, and spacious living area sound like the perfect fit. Happy it was spotless on arrival and that the two reserved parking spots, elevators/luggage carts, balcony pool view, and beach tram stop made your stay easy. We appreciate the recommendation and would love to welcome you back. Team BBG

Seacrest Beach - Unit C302

NICE PROPERTY The unit was clean, clear and appointed exactly as shown in the pictures. It has a nice view of the pool area and there is an air of excitement and fun as exuded by all in the area during their spring break. The condo uses physical door-keys for access held in a door mounted lockbox that can be difficult to open and close. There are TVs in most bedrooms with DVD players and good wi-fi connectivity throughout. COMMUNITY SECURITY Seasonal security precautions including required parking passes and pool bands as well as an 8 pm curfew for underage minors, nighttime gate control and security patrols, helped keep things orderly to the extent possible with numerous groups of over-excited adolescents in proximity to one another. All fun appeared to be good-natured and generally well controlled. ISSUES + RESOLUTION During the second day of our stay, a plumber promptly arrived to address a pre-existing leak in the master sink that was quickly resolved. The washer was down for four days of our stay, having been awaiting service on our arrival according to a note from the owner. It appeared that service personnel were diligently trying to acquire a needed part that caused delay before being able to fix the washer. SUGGESTIONS Change to security-code door access as seen on adjacent units. Install internet-connected smart TV in the main area that would allow users access to their own Netflix, Prime or other streaming subscriptions. Update washer/dryer.

John, Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback! We're delighted to hear that you found the unit to be clean, well-appointed, and with a nice view of the pool area. We appreciate your suggestions regarding the door access and the smart TV, and we will certainly take them into consideration for future improvements. We apologize for the inconvenience with the door-key access and the washer, and we're glad that our team was able to address the issues promptly. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future for an even better experience!

Great!

Great location! Plenty of space for our group of 7. The only “pain” was the front door key situation - 2 keys were provided and left in a lockbox, but the lockbox was difficult to open and close. It just made logistics inconvenient. Would have been nice if the door just had a code to get in. Small price to “pay” for an otherwise great place!

Disappointed

We were charged for moving the furniture to our liking just ridiculous as we did not damage anything. The frying pans were so scratched up it seemed that maybe children had played with them outside with rocks and sand. The floors were so filthy if you walked barefoot your feet were black. Not enough towels or wash cloths. The blinds in the master were broke completely in half.

In reference to the fee charged, our company owner and Operations Manager communicated with you after the charge you received for moving all the living room furniture and the bedroom furniture. They sent a screenshot of the rental agreement you received and signed that stated: Do not move furnishings or it will result in a fee. We thank you for sharing with our company owner that you enjoyed your stay. Pertaining to any issues mentioned, we show no record of any calls that were made to us during your stay. Our team would have acted promptly to any and all concerns. We take the reviews seriously and apologize for any inconvenience. The unit is “up and ready” booking repeat renters and new guests.

Completely transparency

Lets me start with the cons: - found a roach on night 2 (cleaning closet) and morning we left (in the hallway bathroom behind the door, which is on the other side of the cleaning closet) - public beach access for this building is a square of jam packed beach goers. 0/10 - some dishes we had to rinse or wash before our first use of them - there were conflicting checkout instructions (something on the fridge vs what I received from Vrbo) - no beach view :( - some wear and tear could use updating: broken blinds, wheel missing from cot Okay, now the pros: - great location - lots of beautiful views when you’re out walking - tons of places to eat, shop, hang out - bicycle rentals are close - pool was probably our family’s favorite feature, although certain rules were enforced more than others - beach was within a decent walking distance and the tram was nice, but the actual space at the beach during peak hours had us driving to other beaches down the coast throughout the week - grocery stores and gas/ice were close too

We want to start by saying that we are happy that you found so many “pros” for this great property and want to address some of the “cons.” The beach will be crowded in June, Seacrest is a very popular destination. We apologize for the broken blinds, this unit stays booked back-to-back during the summer and unfortunately, we were unable to get those taken care of prior to this stay. We were not notified with this concern. It has been corrected. Pest control is done routinely throughout the resort, and we have not had any other guest complaints with roaches. We did have our team out to make sure there was not a pest control issue and the guest following this also did not see any. We apologize for any confusion on the check-out instructions. We are verifying the information sent from vrbo is the same as what we send out and what is posted in the unit.

Good depending on group

The community for this property is the strictest we’ve ever stayed at. There are no tents allowed on this beach and there is a section of SIDEWALK a security guard stays at to make sure you carry anything with wheels across instead of wheeling them on the sidewalk. In my group there was a baby not walking and an elderly man who walks with a cane. It was a very difficult trip to the beach and because of that we only went one day. We bought a tent just for this trip and ended up not being able to use it. Also, the stairs to the beach are some of the steepest I’ve ever had to use. These rules/details should be on the listing for people to decide if it’s worth it or not. I know if it was we wouldn’t have spent $100 on a tent we never got to use.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re sorry the beach access rules and restrictions made your visit more challenging. Those guidelines are set by the HOA and apply to all guests, but we understand how that could impact families with small children or elderly guests. We appreciate your feedback and will make sure future guests are better informed.

Condo was great, but........

The description says "From the villa’s front-side, see the gulf’s waters." which is totally not true. There is absolutely no visibility of the ocean from the gulf. Check in instructions weren't delivered until the day after arrival. NO check out instructions were ever sent. No hair dryers or hangers were provided. Both of which are basics in any hotel or condo/VRBO we've ever stayed in. The condo was very nice and the access to the pool was perfect. The employees that provided the shuttle and security were also very kind and helpful. My disappointment is really directed at the management company not the condo itself.

Great stay

Condo layout is great, kitchen very well equipped for cooking in, lots of seating for meals, excellent proximity to the beach, pool, tram stop and nearby restaurants and shops within a very short walk. Biggest downside is the beach itself - it’s unbelievably crowded with at least half of the small beach being taken over by the empty chairs of the vendors. Very disappointing. Hopeful Seacrest will reconsider their beach vendor agreements.
