As we discussed shortly after your arrival, the slight light flickering is a known side effect of the new tankless water heater we installed to improve the home. When hot water is running, some lights do flicker due to the extra electrical draw. Our electrician has assured us there is absolutely no safety concern and is working to coordinate a solution with Mon Power, our electricity provider, though as many locals know, they aren't always the fastest to move! We value your feedback as we continue making improvements to the property.

The weather definitely didn’t cooperate much during Memorial Day weekend but I’m glad you had at least one clear evening where you could enjoy the fire pit.
