Great beachfront house, the place was clean, well maintained & everything we needed was available. This house is right on the beach, can't get any closer than that & it was close to Newport Beach boardwalk, shops & restaurants.

Great location in Newport! Right on the beach- great ocean view from the patio(s). Perfect accommodations for our family vacation. Clean, just like the pictures. Only drawback was the construction next door, as we had two babies with us who napped throughout the day. We would definitely stay again at this location.

Inside super dated. Fridge was a challenge getting it cold because it was off when we arrived. Check in process was slightly challenging and ran into the owners who asked if we were lost.

Check in was great with the communication-The rooms were very comfortable! The Kitchen had everything you could need. The location is literally on the water- WOW! Three great spots to enjoy the day, sunrise etc. It also has a garage parking spot and a carport spot! If you have a larger SUV it could be "tight" but it worked well for us! We would absolutely stay here again- it felt just like home!

Beautiful property directly on the beach. House was clean and very well maintained. Lots of beach toys available for the kids. Not a bad view anywhere in this home. Three levels with patio decks on all of them. We had an amazing family vacation this week and we’re already looking for future dates to come back! I would highly recommend this property!

Great place! 3 story, Very clean and comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen. Cornhole game, 4-5 beach chairs & beach towels provided. We liked the privacy of not having the boardwalk in front of you. The 2 parking spots were a plus. We’ll definitely be booking this place again.

Loved the view, the 3 levels, the bed/bath ratio and the gourmet kitchen!! Perfect set up for a small extended family like we had. True master suite! Other bathrooms are in halls. Little extras like beach towels, beach chairs, starter kitchen spices, ice maker, wine glasses, and more, made it feel easy to stay and relax. Beds a bit soft and TP and bath towels lacking, but that is just so people know. Not a deal breaker. Thankful for carport as only the smallest car will fit in garage. Will stay again!

Spring Break relaxing

My family and a couple of friends enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room. Comfy couch and amazing views from all levels. We were able to relax and enjoy our time in Newport.

Family at the Beach.

Best thing about this house is it’s right on the beach. Also the back patio is wonderful & has comfortable seating & umbrellas to shade. Kitchen is well stocked. Suggestion would be to have child gates for the main level to block the stairs for toddlers. And perhaps more pillows & towels. Overall a great stay & we’d definitely come back to this house. Thank you !!

Perfect location on the sand in Newport Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay in this house! It almost has the feel of a large but cozy cabin, but on the beach instead of on a lake. The house had everything we needed for cooking, relaxing, and enjoying a few days on the coast. Note: all bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths are bundled in plastic at the foot of each bed instead of hanging in the bathrooms. It took us a few minutes to figure that out.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent location if you like it a little quieter and more room to stretch out on the beach, away from the hustle and bustle closer to the pier. Wonderful home, excellent decor and upkeep, enjoyed meals on the outdoor patio, glass of wine at night on the rooftop patio with fireplace. Great space for families or group of friends. Would definitely stay here again.
