The check in process was great however the wifi never worked. I contacted the owner the night we arrived and three times the next day and only got 1 response stating he would have to contact the "internet operator". That never happened. On the second morning, I went to use the washer, which was a selling point for me to pick this place, and it didn't work. The shower in the master was as small as an RV shower and was dirty when I went to use it. There was no top sheet on the master bed, only a comforter which was too small for the bed. My son, 160 5'9, was in the second bedroom and slept on the twin bed. It was a wrought iron frame and moved every time he tried to readjust. When I went to wash the dishes I noticed there were dead bugs on the counter behind the coffee pot and what look liked hair on the counter behind the sink. I should have paid attention to the reviews because the most recent stated it was a duplex, which was NOT in the description. You never heard them but the only thing separating the houses was a door with a doorknob lock on their side. I left on the second morning as I never heard back from the owner. I contacted VRBO for support with the matter and they couldn't get intouch with them either. I've never had to leave early from a vrbo in all the years I've used them. It stop me in the future, but I hope this helps the next renter.
