The host holds you to the contract terms. Unfortunately I found myself in the hospital during the week our trip was planned. My kids, grandkids all were coming in from out of state. I communicated with the host hoping to get out of hospital and make it to Sarasota but unfortunately Doctors had other plans. Ultimately we didn’t make it to the property but the host still charged me full price. Just sucks to lose out on the family vacation and still have to pay full price for the home.

We’re sorry you felt a two-star review was warranted, especially since we went out of our way to accommodate you and your family, and your family members were still able to stay and thoroughly enjoyed their time at Relaxmore in Paradise. We were not informed that you were unable to travel until the day before arrival due to illness. At that time, you let us know that your children and other family members would still be coming to stay. Although our cancellation policy did not require it, we offered a 50% refund if the reservation was canceled. The reservation was never canceled. Throughout their visit, I remained in constant communication with the family members staying at our home and was happy to accommodate their requests, including assisting with the Jacuzzi and ensuring they had everything they needed for an enjoyable visit. We also offered a discount on a future stay as a goodwill gesture. We always strive to be fair, accommodating, and responsive when unexpected situations arise and appreciate clear, accurate communication throughout the booking process.

Relaxing and rejuvenating- words describing the week we spent at Relaxmore in Paradise. The home was beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture and was very spacious. You will not want for any amenities at this vacation destination. The kitchen was well equipped with every appliance you would use in your own home and then some. The backyard is a very private oasis with a large pool and Jacuzzi. It is a vacation spot in itself. The owners were a text away if you have any questions for them. VRBO made it very easy-to- rent this residence in Sarasota. The home is in a very quiet neighborhood and is close to stores, beaches and restaurants. We will not hesitate to rent this home again.C Aird, Illinois

We had such a wonderful stay here! The house was clean, comfortable, and in the perfect location. The pool was amazing and quickly became everyone’s favorite part of the trip. The hosts were kind, responsive, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We truly cannot say enough wonderful things about this family’s stay at “Relaxmore in Paradise” in Sarasota. They were absolutely some of the best guests we’ve had in a very long time. From the moment they arrived, they treated our home with such care and respect. They followed all house rules, were incredibly courteous and communicative, and left everything exceptionally clean and well cared for. What impressed us even more was their kindness and honesty. They accidentally broke the pool skimmer and not only informed us immediately, but went above and beyond by replacing it — something many guests would never have done. Their thoughtfulness and integrity were genuinely appreciated. Hosts always hope for guests like this family. We would welcome them back anytime and highly recommend them to any future host without hesitation.
