The room needs updating bad. Need to leave a few more supplies like toilet paper and paper towels. Trash bags was not in the room for the kitchen. Washer and dryer is rusted. Location was good for the beach and pretty view. I would probably stay there again but definitely needs updating in the room.

Thanks for booking and will check out the items mentioned. We did just have new living furniture delivered a week prior to your arrival and also put in new televisions. The units also get hit pretty hard during the summer months and the recovery period begins after the season has ended. This is also included in your rental agreement: "The unit is equipped with a starter kit that includes: One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom One roll of paper towels in the kitchen One trash bag in each trash can A starter pack of laundry detergent A starter pack of dishwasher detergent This is the standard starter supply for vacation rentals, so we like to let guests know ahead of time in case you would like to bring or purchase additional supplies for your stay.

Hated to leave this place

Jason is an outstanding host very responsive to all communication whether it be text, email or phone call. The kitchen has every appliance you could ask for or ever need. The master headroom and closet are very spacious and with a direct walk out to a balcony overlooking the beach. Very nice patio furniture. I’m a sports fan so the tv was a big plus found every game I wanted to watch and if you have an Amazon or Netflix account it was easy to log onto. A little side note Suncoast rental company ran the beach chair rental business and their staff went out of there way to be accommodating which added to the over all experience. A very friendly town. Looking forward to returning there many more times.

Quick trip with older kids.

Great property. Clean and close to everything. Next door to Sea and Suds. Our favorite place for fried crab claws and Bushwackers. Elevators fast. Covered parking tight but plentiful. Also has uncovered parking in garage and in parking lot for larger vehicles. Owner very responsive. Great 5 days would definitely book again.

Overall cleanliness is questioned

The building is old, outdated, run down and only 2 elevators for 19 floors. You will be waiting constantly for an elevator. The condo itself was filthy, hair in sinks so they don’t drain, hair in bathtubs, floor was dirty. The towels smelled like fish and there were very few towels so we were constantly to wash to have enough. The unit says it sleeps 8 but there were not towels or extra bedding to accommodate 8 guests. The couch makes into a bed but there were no extra sheets or pillow cases. The host was great, he communicated well and was easy to work with. My disappointment was the overall cleanliness of the unit.

Thank you for booking and we apologize for any issues you encountered during your stay. The building was recently renovated a couple of years ago. All buildings of this size have two elevators. We actually inspected the unit prior to arrival as we had a new refrigerator installed and shower curtain and didn't notice any off the issues mentioned or would have addressed. As you can see from previous reviews we have a very good cleaning crew with positive reviews. Also, as mentioned in your pre-arrival information we have a 24 hour guarantee so any cleaning issues can be resolved quickly if we are notified. Any maintenance issues can be resolved anytime during your stay. We also have pictures from the inspector that include bathtubs and not items appear in the pics. The unit also has adequate number of towels as mentioned in your pre-arrival information. The extra bedding for the couch is also located in the living room entertainment center cabinet as mentioned in the pre-arrival information. We communicate with all guests prior to arrival and are always available, but the guests also needs to communicate with any issues as things do come up and we are always quick to resolve any issues. Thanks!!

Lots of amenities for our use. No surprises as we've book and stayed in this unit several times. Location to lots of places to eat is wonderful; and lots are within walking distance! Owner is easy to reach if you ever encounter any issues. Will definitely book with them again!

Beautiful condo on the Gulf

The condo was clean and very nice! Check in was super easy as was checking out. Communication was great. The views are amazing from the nice sized balcony. We loved the location as we could walk to various places if we wanted. We walked to the Hangout, Alvin’s Island. When it was super hot we drove to the Sunliner Diner but it could easily be walked to. We rented beach chairs the first day but there was a chair with umbrella in the condo so we just bought another one (left it there for future users) and used them the rest of the week. We didn’t cook but there were many kitchen items available. When you checkout there is a place to donate non-perishable items. Plenty of room for my husband, myself, 2 adult daughters and one fiancée. There is a great little splash pool if you have little kids and a separate pool also. I would recommend staying here and will again if we go back to Gulf Shores!
