The condo was spacious, well stocked and comfortable. Most important it has an amazing view of the ocean and mountains. Our host gave us very clear instructions and quickly responded to a few questions we had during our stay.

Beautiful, extremely clean condo with an amazing view of Poipu Beach and shops, which can be walked to in just a few minutes. The pool is literally right across the road from the beach. We saw turtles and seals every day at Poipu Beach and the snorkeling is excellent. Deb is the perfect host. You will love staying at this property!

Wonderful experience with a wonderful host. This is the second time renting this unit and it was a fantastic experience. The location and view are unbeatable, the condo is stocked with everything you could possibly need and the host is not only a joy to work with but responds in a timely manner.. We will continue to stay here in our future travels to Kaui!

My family spent a wonderful week in this unit. The location was amazing, with views from the lanai I couldn't stop returning to. All the amenities in the unit made it easy for my family to cook meals together and enjoy our time relaxing. My kids loved having their own bedroom with separate beds. The complex is excellent, with a great pool area right across the street from the ocean that we took advantage of every day, and the proximity to Poipu beach meant we walked down to see the turtles multiple times during our stay. Sunsets from this unit are breathtaking.I also can't say enough how appreciative I am of the owner and her responsiveness. She made the arrival and checkin process seamless and provided a lot of good information about the area. More importantly, our checkout day was the morning hurricane Lala passed just south of Kauai. The worst of the weather was going to hit right at her standard checkout time. Even though she had another confirmed booking arriving later that day she worked with her housekeeper and manager to keep us in the unit (and out of the driving rain and wind) as late as possible while the storm passed, staying in contact with me all the while. I would not hesitate to recommend this unit and this owner to any prospective renter, and I hope that my family has the opportunity to return soon!

Great views, walking distance to main beach and comfortable beds! Unit was equipped with all the little extras such as beach items, cooler and cold packs, kitchen essentials and stocked bathroom products (my daughter was excited to see a diffuser hairdryer). Loved the large space and the 2 full bathrooms for my family of 4. Hard to leave that lanai.

We returned to Deb’s paradise in Hawaii condo for another great vacation. Her condo is updated and clean. One big change is she added wood floors through out and you can tell it was recently painted. We once again just loved the view from the lanai and would often eat breakfast and dinner from there. The owner Deb is the best. Her responsiveness and overall commitment of making sure you have a worry free stay and a great vacation is her goal. We can’t wait to return again and this will be our place!

We had a wonderful time at this gorgeous condo! It's a corner unit with an absolutely stunning, expansive view. You can see both mountains and miles of ocean; we even saw whales from the lanai. The condo is large, modern, and has everything you could possibly need. The beds are very comfortable with luxurious linens. The water pressure is great. The condo is a quick walk to Brennecke's and Poipu beaches, and the walk is oceanside and lovely, with tidepools dotting the landscape. There are shops and fantastic restaurants within a five-minute drive. Deb is a great host, and she made us feel very welcome. We are return visitors, and we look forward to returning again!

This is a beautiful unit and the view is the best I have seen in Poipu. You can tell that the owner takes a lot of pride in her condo. Things are meticulously maintained and beautifully decorated. We have stayed in many different units in the complex and this is our favorite. Everything was very clean and the owner was excellent at communicating with us. We will be back next year!

Exceptional property close to the ocean and several great restaurants. Very comfortable and the AC made the stay even more appealing. Many condos on Kauai rely on the trade winds with no AC, but not this one! Deb, our host, was a great resource to make our stay even more wonderful. We will be back and look forward to another memorable stay! Five stars!

Amazing place to stay!! The views from the lanai were the best, and the rainbows just wow! So close to poipu and Brennekes beach! The turtles and monk seals were so great to see. Also the location is so close to many restaurants that were all good! The place was immaculate and Deb was great! Her communication was great and very easy to ask questions and responded quickly ! Thank you for sharing your place with our family. Best vacation ever!

This condo is in a great location with beautiful views. We were so thankful to have air conditioning during our stay as it was in the low 90’s. The beds are very comfortable and the property is well stocked for preparing meals though bring your own seasonings as there was just salt and pepper. This property is very clean which is important to me. The flights of stairs were difficult moving our luggage upon arrival and departure but manageable when not carrying heavy items. We were able to park right in front of the condo as very few cars were in the lot during our stay early September which made for a peaceful stay. The only thing I would change is using a keyless entry but that’s a pretty minor adjustment. Deb is a wonderful host who truly cares about the comfort of your stay with fantastic communication. Don’t hesitate to stay here!

We had a wonderful stay The condo was really close to Poipu Beach. We were able to walk down to the beach from the condo. It was just perfect. Everything was clean. It was very roomy and had all the amenities for playing at the beach and was conveniently located to restaurants and shops in Poipu. Our host was amazing. She communicated with us upon arrival and checked in with us to make sure everything was going good.

The condo was absolutely wonderful! Very clean and spacious and what an amazing view from the lanai! Our host Deborah was fabulous! Amazing view & amazing host! Deb was great at communicating and has everything you’d need in the condo. It was so great to not have to worry about packing shampoo or body wash and to have plenty of toilet paper and towels. She had everything labeled and available should you need it! We are a family of 5 so our kids shared the queen and 1 had their own twin bed. The condo was spacious and it was such an amazing view and location. We even enjoyed a short dip in the condo pool after returning from the beach so we could cool off. The property grounds are lovely. I wish we could go back tomorrow!!

Beautiful condo and stunning sunset view ! We feel at home.

This condo is beautiful and walking distance to a very nice kid friendly Poipu Beach ! We enjoyed so much and we feel at home while staying there. Everything we need is provided by owner Deb. Have bath towels, boogie boards, beach umbrella, beach chairs, coffee, cooking oil, laundry soap, dishwasher soap, body soap,shampoo, and many more! The owner is very nice and have a very good communication. The condo is very clean ! I can't find a spot that i need to clean when we arrived. The beds are very comfortable and have a white clean beddings. The furnitures are also very nice. We enjoyed seating in the sofa and also the outdoor furnitures while watching sunset. We will definitely stay there again next time we visit Kauai ! Thank you Deb for letting us enjoy your condo !

Great Location!

This condo was perfect for our family of 4 and had a great location walking distance to Poipu beach with many restaurants and shops in the area. It is a very quite complex and was a good home base as we explored the island. Deborah communicated very well to ensure we had everything we needed.
