Winewood Haven at Eagles Nest - Fireplaces, King Ensuite, Firepit

Welcome to Winewood Haven at Eagles Nest, a beautifully designed new mountain home tucked into the Overlook Village and just moments from the Eagles Nest Winery. This inviting retreat blends modern comfort with elevated mountain style, making it an ideal escape for families or friends looking to relax and reconnect in the High Country.

The home opens into a bright kitchen and dining space designed for gathering. A large granite island provides plenty of prep and seating space, while the dining table comfortably seats up to eight for shared meals and game nights. Just beyond, the living room features soaring cathedral ceilings, a gas fireplace with a mounted TV, and a leather sectional with matching chairs that create a cozy yet refined place to unwind. A convenient half bath is located on the main level near the dining area.

Also on the main level is a spacious king ensuite offering a peaceful retreat. This bedroom includes a ceiling fan, TV, and a walk-in closet. The ensuite bathroom is thoughtfully appointed with double granite vanities, a soaking tub, and a tiled shower. The full sized washer and dryer are conveniently located within the closet.

Upstairs, guests will find a queen ensuite with a TV and a private bathroom featuring granite counters and a tiled shower. The bunk room is perfect for kids or extra guests, with two sets of built-in twin over twin beds, a TV, and an attached bathroom with a tiled shower that also opens to the hallway for shared access. The loft adds a fun and relaxed bonus space with a sofa, TV, a kids pool table, and a Ms. Pacman arcade for playtime and downtime alike.

Step outside to enjoy the fresh mountain air on the deck, where a gas log fireplace, comfortable seating, and a grill create the perfect setting for evenings under the stars. Below, the yard features a fire pit for roasting marshmallows and sharing stories after a day of adventure.

Winewood Haven is pet friendly and welcomes one dog, so your four-legged companion can enjoy the mountains too. With its prime location near the winery, thoughtful layout, and inviting indoor and outdoor spaces, this Eagles Nest home is a wonderful place to slow down and savor mountain living.

Please note all visitors on premise at the Winery must be 16 years or older except for Sundays. This is strictly enforced.

Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.

Additional Notes:
- This home ispet friendly, allowing one dog for an additional pet rent of $25 per night plus taxes.
- Firewood for the outdoor firepit may be purchased with a week's notice or at the time of booking. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax.
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's. For information about ATV rentals please visit: Off Road Adventures website.
- Guests are responsible for supplying all their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and a cash bar for food and drinks.
- 4WD required for winter months, and chains may also be necessary in times of snow or ice.
- All linens and towels provided.
- All Eagles Nest homes have an included amenity fee to maintain the luxurious amenities.
- Eagles Nest is an up-and-coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- Returning guests of Winewood Haven may receive a 5% discount, not to be stacked with other discounts to the rent.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Bookings canceled within 24 hours of their creation will receive a full refund of payments. Bookings canceled more than 24 hours after their creation are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
