Wonderful Family Beach Trip

We stayed at the beautiful fully stocked Shipwatch Palazzo for a family beach getaway. Even though the weather wasnt cooperative, the convenience of running back to the inviting home was welcoming. The grands had the best time together playing on the beach, in the very clean pool and the games in the house. The master was so inviting with so much room for the younger kids to play together while the adults enjoyed watching football together in the spacious living room. The kitchen was well stocked and the double dish washer was excellent addition. The bed were extremely comfortable with plenty of pillows and extra blankets. Although we did not make much use of the golf cart because of weather it was so nice to have access to use. This is the first rental we have been able to park in a garage and had access to another refrigerator in the garage. Wonderful week and hope we can return again.

Shipwatch Palazzo vacation

We had the pleasure of staying at this property for a week. It is right on the beach! Beautiful property and setting. Gourmet kitchen has everything you will need, beds are comfortable, plenty of bathrooms for large party. Pool is perfect for relaxing after time on the beach. Check in and check out was very easy. Thank you Alex, you are a great property manager. We will definitely stay again in the future.

Great location!!! Perfect house for my 22 family members to celebrate my parent’s 50th wedding anniversary. House was clean and well maintained and fit us perfectly. Golf cart was an added bonus. Grocery store just 2 minutes away, beach front access, Surf Hut just a short walk up the beach. Cannot wait to come back. Would stay in the house again and again.

This is the most premium rental I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was better than advertised and the house was spotless. The pictures don’t do justice to how beautiful the property and beach are. Highly recommend staying here for larger groups.

Idyllic setting for family fun at this beach front property

It was a treat to stay with our son and his family, including our 2 and 3 year old grandchildren, at this beautiful property. The house was immaculate and well stocked and the layout worked great for us with plenty of space for eating and playing and bedrooms that allowed for privacy (and napping:-). We loved having access to the golf cart as well as the 4 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas that were set up daily for our use. One tip is to leave a personal item on the beach chairs if you don't want them taken down earlier than 5pm. The pool is very small, but was the perfect size for our little ones, and we appreciated that we were able to have it heated it for a fee. The beach was beautiful - not too crowded - and steps away from the house. Another plus was the responsiveness of Alex and his team to any questions we had. We hope to get to return to Shipwatch Palazzo!

Beautiful home, perfect location, and Coastal Retreats took great care of us every step of the way.

We had a fantastic stay at Shipwatch Palazzo in Miramar Beach and could not have been happier with Coastal Retreats Luxury Vacation Rentals. From the start, their communication was excellent. They sent helpful emails before our trip with everything we needed to know, and they even checked in during our stay to make sure everything was going smoothly. It’s clear they really care about their guests having a great experience. The house itself is beautiful and extremely well stocked with everything you could need. One of the best parts is that it’s directly on the beach with easy access just steps away from the beautiful white sand and water. The location is also perfect, close to grocery stores, restaurants, and shops, which made everything very convenient. Overall it was a wonderful experience and we would absolutely stay with Coastal Retreats again. Highly recommend!

Location was ideal. House was well-appointed and had a high level of finishes. Nice, quiet end of the beach with spectacular views and sunsets. The rental company was responsive when we encountered small issues. Overall, the house is elegant, sleek, and an ideal vacation spot. The elevator was essential for one member of our party and made all the difference.

We had a fabulous week at this house! Plenty of room for our large group. The pool would be my only complaint - too small and very rough surface. Other than that I would highly recommend

Thank you Kathy for your review of Shipwatch Palazzo. We are happy to know that you enjoyed your stay and that you had plenty of room for everyone. We undersand the small pool evalutaion. So close to the beach area, there are limitations as to how big you can go with the property lines the way they are. We see it as a great benifit either way on a hot summer day. Thank you for choosing Breathe Easy. We would love to be your host again anytime. Take care and have a great summer. Your Breathe Easy Care Team

Great place

Very lovely property. Very well stocked and clean. Very impressed! However, we had a few issues that were frustrating. We followed the guidelines and kept all three floors thermostat on 72. The 3rd floor never got above 66. People were miserable up there. We were given additional blankets. The dishwasher is useless. We rinsed everything and dishes still came out dirty. It's a weird style that can only run top or bottom at a time so used double the dishwasher pods. With 16 people we were running it constantly. All the nonstick pans were damaged and should not be used. When we pulled out the griddle it had been put away dirty and was really caked with food. We have rented many vacation homes, even others in Miramar beach. The 9a check-out and 5p check-in is ridiculous. (even our Lyft driver said he never heard of this.) And to be honest, some of the language in the rental contract is a bit off-putting. According to the contract, if the rental is available earlier than 5p, then you can PAY $50 to enter one hour earlier (at 4p). BUT, if they are running late and the unit is not available at 5p, then the renter needs to be "patient". I texted a question and instead of an answer, was sent a link to the guidelines (which I had read carefully and did not have the answer to my question). We don't think we would do another rental with Breathe Easy. Individual owners are so much more flexible and accommodating. Everything else was great and we had a wonderful week with family.

Amazing rental

This rental has it all! Beautifully designed and decorated, FULLY stocked kitchen, and the beach is within feet of the home! Everything was clean and tidy! There was an issue with the WiFi on the third floor for a couple of guests, but we worked around it. May need to add an extender, but other than that this place was perfect!!

Thanks for the advise on a WI-Fi extender. We will certainly pass along to owner and management. You never know, sometime they help and sometimes not. But a great suggestion. EXCELLENT!!

Would definitely book again! The house worked perfectly for our large group of 21. The kitchen was well equipped with anything you’d need to cook for a large group. The location is great as it’s close to a grocery store and restaurants. The best part was the view and beach! Oh and the beach access right out the back door! One of the nicest beaches we’ve visited. It was a bonus to have beach service daily that includes 4 chairs and two umbrellas. There were additional chairs in the house that we used daily. One of our favorite things about the house was the deck with table and chairs. Each morning, we had coffee watching the sunrise over the ocean. A bonus - we saw dolphins each morning! Communication with property management was excellent and very responsive! The only thing that we wished was different is the late check-in time and early check-out. It was a little stressful getting a group of 21 out the door by 9am but we managed! :) We are already considering a second trip!! We had the best time!

Kristie, Thank you so much for your wonderful review! 🌟 We’re thrilled to hear that the house was a perfect fit for your large group and that you enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen, convenient location, and especially the stunning beach access and views. It sounds like you had some magical mornings with coffee on the deck and dolphin sightings! 🐬 We appreciate your feedback regarding the check-in and check-out times. While we understand the time issues, we find that our teams need as much time as possible to get a property this size clean and ready for our next guest. There is alot that goes into the madness to make it perfect for the next family coming in. We appreciate your comments, but unfortunately we will have to stick with our process at this time. We’re delighted to hear that you’re already thinking about a second trip. We can’t wait to welcome you back for another fantastic stay! 😊 Safe travels and see you soon! 🌴🏖️Your Breathe Easy Care Team
