This was one of the best vacation rentals I've ever stayed in. First, George was outstanding. He was incredibly communicative, responsive, and helpful from booking through departure. He provided recommendations for golf cart rentals, excursions, restaurants, and anything else we needed to make the most of our stay. The villa itself is beautifully decorated, blending local and international pieces that perfectly capture the Caribbean atmosphere. I especially loved the Day of the Dead artwork and diorama, while my wife loved the drums. The unit was exceptionally clean and felt like a relaxing oasis after long days exploring the island. The waterfront views are spectacular. My kids loved the upstairs bedroom, quickly nicknaming it "the treehouse." Another thoughtful touch was the five-gallon water dispenser, which saves both money & plastic waste compared to constantly buying bottled water.Caye Management was excellent, making arrival and departure seamless. They coordinated our transportation to and from the water taxi and ensured we had plenty of time to catch our flight. The dock deserves special mention. It extends beyond the sargassum into clear water, making swimming and snorkeling easy. In the evenings, my wife and I would relax there watching tarpon cruise beneath us, creating what felt like a private outdoor aquarium. As an avid fisherman, I also enjoyed catching fish from the dock in the early morning.Overall, we had an amazing experience and fully intend to return.
