We continue to work towards obtaining a high standard for all guests to enjoy their stay at Traverse Bay - Bayview Estates! To clarify regarding some of your issues please reference the following: The built in hot tub isn’t being used currently because the winter artic spa located on the ground just off of the lower deck has become more feasible during the pandemic restrictions which had caused logistical timing issues for parts and services as everybody was fully aware of the situation and therefore we just continued to use the spa as such as it is considered a medium to high end spa and is very comparable to the built in spa from Aqua-Tech on the lower deck. We never had both hot tubs running simultaneously because it is not financially feasible as the property is already very large to operate in terms of operating costs. The only issue what we noted upon day of your departure was a slight film around the tub which sometimes happens when the water was changed over and level of filtration frequency and can cause imperfections.The hot tub water was sparkly clean when we arrived and the hot tub is always very well maintained at all times with occasional film around tub. We firmly believe the credit was more then sufficient in this instance. Propane: Agree–Oversight-reimbursed - Garbage Disposal: RM of Victoria Beach had just recently changed the process to the open municipal ground which didn’t require a pass until recently, and we were not aware as many times the RM doesn't update accordingling. The guests being sent to that particular municipal grounds was because no passes were required, and we are also property owners at Victoria Beach–RM of Victoria Beach as we rent another lakefront house in VB and pay taxes to the RM of Victoria Beach which therefore allows us to utilize the original garbage disposal set up as it was stated in the email. We are now in the process of updating the new garbage protocol which will include garbage pick up during our upcoming guests stay and so garbage disposal will no longer be an issue.The waivers are for insurance purposes and were both reviewed, approved and completed through our lawyer.
