THE LIVING SPACES



The open-concept living area invites lingering. Sink into the sofa beneath those signature beamed ceilings while morning light floods the room through oversized windows. Those floor-to-ceiling sliding doors blur the line between inside and out, letting the mountain views become part of every moment.



THE KITCHEN



This isn't a vacation kitchen where you struggle to find a spatula. You'll find quality cookware, a full set of dishes and silverware, a dishwasher for easy cleanup, a blender for your morning smoothies or evening margaritas, and a coffee maker ready for that first sacred cup. THE BEDROOMS

Two additional bedrooms each feature queen beds, giving couples their own retreat or families room to spread out. Fresh bed linens on every mattress. Pool & Spa Heating (Optional Add-On)

Pool/spa heat is available for $100/night. Recommended October–May. Please request at least 72 hours in advance (heating may take up to 48 hours to reach ~86°F). Spa heating is only available with the pool heating add-on.



Guest Access:

Self check-in makes arrival seamless. Parking is included.

We offer virtual check-in for a smooth arrival. A brief city-required virtual meeting (via Zoom or Teams) will be scheduled within 24 hours of arrival.

Palm Springs takes its tranquility seriously. No outdoor music or amplified sound — it's actually city law, and honestly, you'll appreciate the quiet once you're here. Quiet hours run 10 PM to 10 AM. All adult guests will acknowledge the Palm Springs Good Neighbor policies before check-in — a simple step that keeps this neighborhood the peaceful retreat everyone comes for.



Monthly Stays (28+ Nights)

A $1,500/month utility deposit is required, including a $200 monthly allowance for gas/electric. Any overages are deducted; remaining balance is refunded after check-out.
