This cozy and family-friendly condo awaits in Eagle River! With a patio featuring forest views and water access, you will have the comforts of home in a serene setting. The living room features a set of comfortable couches, a flatscreen TV, and a gas fireplace, making it the perfect place to relax after a long day of enjoying all that the area has to offer. The fully-equipped kitchen features everything you could ever need to whip up delicious home cooked meals and snacks for your group. What's nearby: Located on the Snowmobile Capital of the World trail system, this winter wonderland is an amazing location for making new memories. In the summer, be sure to take advantage of all the surrounding lakes with aquatic activities such as swimming, boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, and more! Downtown Eagle River is close by (3 miles) with many shops, bars, and restaurants. Things to know: Full kitchen (without a dishwasher) Free WiFi Please note that the laundry room contains a coin-operated public machine. Please note that this property does not have A/C. The condo was a good fit for a quick up north stay. The location is easy access to town and good dinner options. Everything was clean and all of the essentials are available. The patio is at the back of the property so no water views. Access to Eagle Lake is at the Chanticleer property across the street. If you're looking at a stay in the summer, be aware the air conditioning is through window units, and the upstairs is cooled via a unit in the second bedroom. Because of this you have to run the unit on high to cool the main bedroom along with a fan. This worked just fine for us as it was two adults though could be cumbersome in other circumstances.

We had everything that we needed. Excellent location and a great beach area. Listing mentioned no A/C but there was one in the kitchen and one in bedroom.

Both of the bathroom exhaust fans need to be worked on very loud grinding noise. Also, first floor bathroom shower/tub needs to have the drain unplugged. We were standing in ankle deep water when taking a shower otherwise it was very nice place!

Wonderful experience

We had a great experience staying at Cleerwood Village in Eagle River. It was very clean and the people we met were very friendly and fun to talk to. We also enjoyed watching the boats go by the Chanticleer.

Eagle River fishing trip

Came across this offering for 4 people and very pleased with accommodations. Condo layout comfortable and plenty of room for 4 adults. Setting very nice and loved the patio door access to the backyard. Watched deer come and go comfortably and raid a neighbors birdfeeder. Property well maintained. Lovely wood area around property. Loved availability of Chanticleer Inn amenities. Property across the road from Voyageur Lake which is part of Eagle River lakes chain. Will definitely be on my return list when visiting Eagle River.

Great place close to the rink

This was the perfect location for my family to stay during a recent hockey tournament. It’s clean, close to the rink, and plenty of utensils to cook in the kitchen.

Eagle River Get Away

The condo was on the Eagle River chain and we could have lunch and dinner in walking distance. Can't beat that!

Aww the only thing I would say for next time. Is to vacuum because guests go in. There were a lot of dead flies upon arrival

Second year was as much fun as the first!

We love this location. Dollar Lake is beautiful, generally quiet and perfect for paddle boards & kayaks. The little kids loved the sandy beach! The condo is comfortable & clean but not plush. This year we had a few minor plumbing problems that we worked around. It won't stop me from booking next summer. If you make reservations online, make sure you get it right the 1st time. Talking to & emailing customer service at Vacasa was extremely frustrating! Thankfully the local contact was responsive & could straighten everything out. Won't let that happen again!!!
