Welcome to 61 Charming Way, a spacious 3-story coastal retreat tucked into the quiet Dune Allen community on the west end of scenic 30A.

Main level: Step up into an open living, dining, and kitchen space made for gathering. Cook a big meal in the well-equipped kitchen, gather around the table for eight, and unwind on the oversized sectional. A half bath and a full-size washer and dryer are right on this floor.



Second floor: Three bedrooms and two baths. The king bedroom has its own updated en-suite with a walk-in tile shower, a 42" TV, and a shared walkout balcony. The bunk room is a kid favorite, with a pyramid bunk (double on the bottom, twin on top) plus a twin trundle. A queen bedroom shares a full bath with a dual-sink vanity and a shower and tub combo. A landing desk makes a handy workspace.



Third-floor master suite: Your private getaway at the top of the home, with a king bed, a twin trundle daybed, a desk, and a 65" smart TV. The spa-style en-suite has a freestanding soaking tub, a dual-head walk-in shower with a rainfall head, a dual-sink vanity, and a large walk-in closet.



Beach gear is included, with a beach wagon, chairs, and assorted gear ready by the front steps so you can head straight to the Gulf.



With tall 10 to 11-foot ceilings, thoughtful updates throughout, and a location you can walk to the beach from, 61 Charming Way is your easygoing home base on 30A.

The house was great for our family! Plenty of room in the main living areas to relax. My ONLY concern was how steep the driveway was. We had every intention of renting a golf cart for the week and it was impossible to do with parking space. Other than that, beautiful home!

All 10 of us had a wonderful time. The host was available anytime we needed them. The house was spotless. We all had plenty of room. It was a short walk to the beach and a short drive to Walmart and outlet stores. The pool was close by. We would definitely stay again. It really was 10/10.

Amazing house and close to the beach with plenty of room to accommodate a big family. We had no troubles with the place at all the only thing is that my grandma had a hard time with all of the stairs but other than that it was great!

Family get away

This was our 2nd time back to Santa Rosa beach (last was 2021). It was a great return, minus the green algae in the ocean. I had no idea occurred during May/June. Luckily by our 4th day it had pretty much started to clear so we could see the pretty water. The area is close to all the other beaches along 30A from Santa Rosa to Seaside was about a 30-minute drive but worth doing to see all the pretty sites. The house was great. Definitely on the hill as mentioned and parking is tight also; we had 3 SUV's and was a close fit for 3 vehicles. We let our 75-year-old park closest to the stairs so getting up the hill wasn't as big of a challenge. The house is very nice, and we had no issue with space. Brian is awesome with communicating. Overall, our family had a great time, and we had teens to adults staying. Would return!

Family Beach Vacation

This house is gorgeous! One of the nicest furnished and well equipped vacation rentals we have stayed in. From the well equipped kitchen to the comfy beds, this place is sure to please. The owners are were extremely responsive, and made us feel right at home. Would definitely stay here again.

Big beautiful house, walk to the beach!

We shared our vacation with extended family. This house had enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to be comfortable and have the privacy they wanted. It’s a very new, clean, beautiful home with great common spaces and everything you need - extra towels, full size washer/dryer, outdoor shower, boogie boards/beach chairs/wagon, and an oscillating fan for the only bedroom without a ceiling fan. Good water pressure in the showers. Comfortable mattresses and pillows! It takes about 8 minutes to walk to the beach, so we didn’t have to deal with beach parking at all. We also walked to Stinky’s restaurant which is only a 6 minute walk. The owners were very thorough with information ahead of arrival, and were quick to respond when I had a question. My only “heads up” would be that the driveway is steep and there are lots of stairs. Something to consider if you have babies/toddlers or anyone who struggles with stairs. We were ages 5-65 and we did just fine! We would absolutely stay here again!

As Advertised

Was somewhat skeptical with over 20 reviews, all positive and 5 star—but it’s earned. Great space. Everything needed for a great stay. Neighborhood great. Very easy checkin and checkout. Great communication. Driveway incline is steeper than expected, could be an issue for those with mobility challenges. But fine otherwise. The beach is the main attraction so I was curious about how beach access would go given the public/private issue. Beach access is an easy walk. No issues there. Beach is definitely crowded, but didn’t take away from the experience. We still had a great time. Everyone was cool. If you want to show up at 10 and set up for the day, expect to be in the very back of crowded beach. Serious beach goers were set up on the water by 7-8. Most set up and leave (which I get, but is also not cool at the same time). If you want to spread out, there is a state park 2 miles away (free at the moment). You can park and take a tram to a large public beach. We were there during peak summer season and it was fine.

Great Vacation!

Our stay was great! The property manager (Brian) was a great host, he checked in on us and made sure we were all good. The house was clean and had everything we needed and was a simple 5 minute walk to the beach. We will consider rebooking. Thank you!

We had such a relaxing vacation.

This home is beautiful! Had everything we needed and more. Owners were amazing and checked in a few times to see if we needed anything. We loved the location, just a short walk to the beach and close to the pool.

Little slice of 30a heaven

The house is in the perfect location. It’s very short walk (5 mins for us with 3 toddlers and all our junk 😊) to the beach AND there is a great beach access with a flashing light cross walk, clean public restrooms and a ramp down to the beach. We loved the location so much! We enjoyed Stinkys 2 of the 3 nights (fantastic food and kid friendly). The house is just beautiful. Lots of space- very clean- great blackout curtains- tons of sleep spaces- lots of games and plastic bowls and cups for kids… everything you could need in the kitchen to cook (although we decided not to cook and kept stinkys busy)! Brian is amazing and so responsive, we really appreciated the hospitality. We can’t wait to come back- thanks so much for a great get away!

Great location, great property management

We booked last minute and Brian was very accommodating. The house is beautiful and clean, plenty of space including a huge pantry. The neighborhood is small and it has a big pool. It’s a very easy walk to the public beach access. We had a great time!

Perfect

From the moment I contacted Brian about renting this property to the time of checkout, everything was PERFECT!! This couple goes over and above to make you feel welcome and at home during your stay. I had a lot of questions for them throughout our trip and Brian was very quick to reply back. I couldn't be happier. We travel to the beach every year. This year was the best thus far. Thank you for making our stay amazing. I did make a suggestion about maybe putting some blackout curtains in the front bedrooms (for those of us that don't get up with the sun ).I appreciate that he appreciated my suggestion. Will definitely be returning.

Fantastic vacation!!

The house is great for a large family and the hosts are the most attentive we have had in 25 years of coming to the Destin area! Very well stocked and plenty of room for our family of 11 - 6 adults and 5 children. Really wonderful experience!! Highly recommend!!

Best Beach Home Ever!

Fantastic beach vacation with family! The home was beautiful, clean, and in a terrific location! We will be booking there again in 2023. Brian was a kind and super responsive host. Highly recommend!

House on the hill

Great experience for 6 adults 4 children 11and under. All was as advertised . The house was stocked with everything we needed.Owners Brian and Diana made themselves available to care for any needs. Definitely will recommend to friends!

Wow- home away from home

I cannot even begin to tell you how great our stay was at Casa Vitoria. From the beginning, communication with the owners has been wonderful. When we arrived- the house is JUST as pictured and the quality of the furniture, decor, towels, appliances, bedding, etc was PERFECT. I literally felt like I had packed up all of my favorite things from home and brought them with me. Most items were so good I even asked the owners for a list of brands and where I could find them when I got home! The walk to the beach access is so short and easy and it is very convenient to everything we wanted to do, plus tons more! Less than 20 mins to Destin and 25 mins to the Hub, and Seaside food trucks! We will absolutely it let be staying here again! Thank you for everything!!

Dune Allen Family Time

We had an awesome week at Casa Vitoria for a family Spring Break trip! The house was beautiful, clean and in a great location. Brian was an outstanding host making sure that we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was enjoyable. The public beach access is an easy 5 minute walk from the house, which is so convenient. We love how quiet Dune Allen is compared to the craziness of Seaside. Within a 15-20 minute drive down 30a, you could be to Gulf Place, Blue Mountain Beach, Grayton Beach and more. We didn’t make it to Topsail Park this year, but that is also a great place to visit and just about a 5 minute drive from Casa Vitoria. As far as the house is concerned, you really couldn’t ask for much more! It is very clean and decorated tastefully. The kitchen is gorgeous and well-stocked. There is a small gas grill on the back deck area that came in very handy on a couple of nights. The 2nd level bedrooms each had their own TVs (kids loved that) and comfortable beds. The 3rd floor master suite is enormous and very private with soaking tub, a nice shower and a massive walk in closet. The only things to be aware of (not negative - just facts that could make a difference to some families): * this is a new development with significant construction still going on in the neighborhood. Workers usually didn’t get started until 8:30am or so and seemed to leave by 5. We are a busy/active family, so it really never bothered us a bit because we were out and about during those hours. * the home does sit on a hill, so the driveway has a pretty steep incline and then you have to climb steps to get to the main entrance. All bedrooms are upstairs so more stairs to climb once inside. It was never an issue for us, but for some families that might be a concern. We considered it a little extra exercise! * the pool area is very nice, but it doesn’t seem like it is heated? We were there in early April and every kid that got in the water only lasted a few minutes before the teeth chattering started. We had the same experience last year, so if the pool is important to you, just know that early in the year it could be chilly! Overall, we loved our time here and I don’t think I’ve had a VRBO host that has been easier to work with than Brian! Very quick to respond to questions and very helpful once we arrived. We’ll definitely be back!

Wes - Thanks so much to you and your family for being such great guests and providing the detailed feedback - very much appreciate you sharing your experience and tips for others who are considering our house. We are experiencing the housing boom in our neighborhood and glad to hear the construction was not disruptive to you all. It is warming up but know it was a bit cooler when you were here. - the HOA is considering proposals to redo the pool and add a heater for future use - it is being planned and hope to be done by next summer. Sorry this was not done yet for you all. We do sit on top of a hill with lots of steps, good for exercise (I lose about 5 pounds each time we stay at the house) - but also something for others to consider when choosing the right place for them to stay. Thanks again for taking such great care of our house and providing the great feedback. We look forward to hosting you again in the future.
