Seagull Condominiums #301

Hi Johnny, thank you for taking the time to share your honest feedback with us. While we are glad you enjoyed the home's great location, we regret to hear you encountered several issues with the cleaning of the home and maintenance concerns with the furniture, TVs, and WiFi. Kindly note that your comments have been forwarded to housekeeping, who is taking accountability and will be performing a deep clean in the home when the present guests check out. All TVs are always checked pre-guest arrival. When the Wi-Fi signal goes out (which is a frequent problem in this town, unfortunately), TVs are temporarily affected. We will recommend new kitchen inventory to the owner. We value your insights and truly hope to have the opportunity to host you again for a better experience in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback about your stay. We’re very happy to hear that your family had a great time overall and enjoyed the amazing view, the cleanliness of the linens, the available games, and the space the condo provided for your group. We truly appreciate you pointing out the areas that could use improvement. The HOA has been informed about the sliding glass door curtain rods and handles, and those issues have since been fixed. We have also purchased new knives to replace damaged utensils and have switched out several light bulbs to address the lighting concerns you mentioned. Your comments regarding general upkeep, such as paint touch-ups, shower maintenance, cookware wear, chipped dishware, and closet doors, have been shared with our local team so these items can be reviewed and addressed where needed. We also appreciate you taking the time to rehang a couple of the closet doors during your stay. We understand the desire for early check-in and a shorter door code, and while those options are not always available due to scheduling and security standards, we appreciate the suggestion and your understanding. We’re also glad our team was responsive during your holiday stay and appreciate your patience regarding the dumpster location. Thank you again for your thoughtful feedback. It helps us continue improving the condo, and we’re glad your family had a great stay.

Thank you for sharing your feedback and bringing some items to our attention that may need some TLC. We have forwarded your feedback to the local staff so they can work to improve the house for future guests. Please know that our guest services team is available 24 hours a day to assist should any concerns arise during your visit. We hope you choose to stay with us again!

Thank you for your review! We apologize for any inconvenience you experienced due to the lack of cookware. Please note that our homes typically only provide basic essentials, and any specialty items may need to be planned for accordingly. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to improve this home for future reservations. We hope to host you again in the future!
