The house was very clean and location was perfect. The Hot tub was removed from the house without us knowing but the host was very responsive regarding the situation and gave some money back to correct the situation. Overall great home and experience.

Great location to all activities. Beautiful mountain home. All the bedrooms were big and exactly as described. Some cosmetic fixes needed but overall an excellent Vrbo.

This property has seen better days. The hot tub was broken, cabinet broken, swing chair broken, one bathroom didn’t have power, front door lock batteries died, carpet was ripped, pool table torn, the list goes on and on. On the positive side, it is a large property with a lot of space.

Attention. This property is falling apart. One of the showers, dishwasher, hot tub, AC , none of them are working. If you take showers on the highest floor you see water drops in the first floor bedroom. We spent all of our 4th of July vacation in hand washing dishes, using different bathrooms. A handyman came last day and said he can only fix and reset the AC and everything else is not fixable for our stay. By far it was the worse vacation that we had.

This property was not advertised correctly and not well maintained at all! When we arrived, we found beer cans on the porch and cigarette butts on the porch and driveway. The top was off of the hot tub (there are multiple signs stating that there is a fee if the top is off) when we arrived, the water did not warm up, the labels on the buttons were so faded you couldn’t read them and the wood underneath the hot tub appeared to be rotting. The grill was completely unusable because parts had been rusted and removed. This is not a new problem because we looked back at reviews and this has been noted previously. I let them know but we were just told “sorry, that’s not up to our standards”, but nothing was done to fix it. One of the bath tubs was broken and not useable while we were there and the large tv in the movie room in the basement did not work- they did come out and install a Roku so that we could use it. There was also plastic in the garbage disposal when we arrived and it was also clearly stated that there would be a charge if it was damaged. The dryer was also damaged and cracked inside- your clothes could get ripped up while using it. The property has not been well maintained and the listing should not claim to have things like a grill, hot tub or washer/dryer when these items are broken and/or unusable.

You're right—the condition you described falls well short of our standards and what was advertised. These issues, particularly the hot tub, grill, bathtub, and appliances, should have been addressed before your arrival and certainly should be fixed now. The view on the back deck of this property was amazingly beautiful. There were 15 of us from 2-67. We had plenty of room. The property was clean and any issues we had they came and helped us out. We are loving the memories we made.

Hot tub was not heating up. Gas grill was inoperable. The response to these issues was good, as a hottub technician came out and addressed the issue. A spare grill was provided to us. Overall, the property has great views and game room was a big hit. Beds were comfortable and overall place was clean.

Nice cabin, not as described

First, the communication with Eden Crest was great. No issues whatsoever and they were more than willing to help remedy any issues we ran into during out stay.The biggest issue we had was in the description. One bedroom was described as having 1 King and 2 Twin Beds. Having a large group, we chose this cabin because it gave a bed to every student. When we arrived, the bedroom had one King and no twin beds. Thankfully we were able to adjust and it wasn't as big an issue as it could've been and Eden Crest offered to bring air mattresses. However, when you spend hours searching for the right combo of beds/rooms/bathrooms and arrive to find the description was inaccurate. That's just a big disappointment.Secondly, and this is just a heads up for any guests coming in the next few weeks, the hot tub is awaiting repairs. This was not an issue for our group and I'm not complaining, just a heads up for any upcoming guests.Cabin was clean, easy to access and was convenient to PF. Also a heads up to upcoming guests, take Wears Valley Rd. and then put the address in, for some reason Google Maps took us through the entire development instead of the easiest, least curvy way possible. :)

Great Christmas Vacation

Check in was very easy. Beautiful property, very spacious and clean. Large dining area which accompanied our party of 18 (14 adults & 4 children). Game room for the kids. Great view and great location. Many attractions nearby.

Family vacay

The cabin was nice. There were a few things broken (bathroom door, swing on deck, bathtub, blinds) Maintenance came quickly to fix the broken door and ordered parts for the rest. Everyone was very kind and helpful and we were able to work around broken things. All in all it was a great experience.

Nice size cabin but in need of some TLC.

Beautiful views and decorated nicely. Several advertised amenities did not work properly. Hottub was not functional at all even after calling maintenance, game in game room did not work, dishwasher would not dry, hot water not sufficient for large group and a few too loose for comfort beams on the decks. Also, trash was never picked up. Maintenence did respond quickly about burnt out light bulbs and did attempt to fix the hottub.

A Great Place For A Group

This place had everything that we could want and although I've read other comments that said otherwise, it was a great spot. We were mindful on the number of "real" (non pull-out) beds (10) & bedrooms (7) they had. The only thing I'd recommend is planning on bringing extra trash bags/paper towels/coffee filters because there really weren't any that we could find. One of the coffee pots was broken (crack in the pot) but they had two pots, so we were able to make that work. The views were stellar, the game room was fun, and this place had at least two of every kitchen item you might need. The only other watchout was the tv situation. There were Rokus on most tv's, so if you don't stream much, that might be tricky. We couldn't find a Roku remote for the main level, so we downloaded the remote on our phone (or you could bring your own and just plug it in). Again, it was a simple fix and at the end of the day, we're not taking a vacation to watch TV, so it wasn't a big deal. So yes, a few minor "issues" but this met our needs and everyone was pleased.

A little disappointed

This house was good in the aspects of being clean and in a good location but we were a bit disappointed overall. The hot tub did not work which was half the reason we booked this house. We had to fill it up ourselves and then it never got hot. We reached out to the host and it was not resolved during our stay. Also this house said it slept 23 but comfortably only slept 17 unless you want to sleep on a literal cot. We were thankful we thought to bring 2 air mattresses. Also, the house was not stocked with enough towels for 23 people. The main level tv also did not allow us to change the channel. The downstairs also was freezing and the heat did not kick on. Also the jucuzzis in each bedroom had a sign that said they were all missing a part so we did not get to use those. All around, the house did the bare minimum but we would not stay again.

A family tradition in a beautiful cabin

Our family tradition of spending a few days in the Tenn mountains over New Year was a resounding success in this beautiful cabin. From communications to trash collection, every thing went as we would have wished. The cabin is perfect for a large group and the view is spectacular. Only problem that existed was a bad hinge on the back door on main floor. We decided not to use the door to prevent further damage. That was a minor inconvenience.

Annual guys golf trip

Second time at this property and still very nice!! Service was excellent. Sent someone out to fix hot tub within a couple hours of reaching the property!! Great job!!
