The house was not very clean. We could see where someone took a mop or vacuum and missed huge spaces. The under bed area was really dirty. The living room smelled of cat urine. We took off our shoes and wore soaks inside and they were constantly dirty. The beds were comfortable, but the 2 high beds were not easy to get into as one of our group walks with a cane and had mobility issues.We really enjoyed the location and the view was gorgeous.

I’m sorry the suite was not as clean as it should have been. As you can see from past reviews, this is usually not the case. Since this is a “no pets” property, I’m not sure how it could have smelled of cat pee, and that is not something any other guests have commented on. We will definitely review your concerns with our cleaning team!

Some of the sheets were not cleaned when we arrived. The door mechanism was very challenging to lock and there had to be a whole section included in the check-in just to lock the door. The temperature was set really high so we had to open all the windows at night as we could not turn the heat down.Close to town, ocean vein. Really close to a nice park for kids to play in.

Thank you for the review. All of our bedding is laundered after every guest. If there is a stain that didn’t come out on any bedding we want to know immediately so we can change it out and remove it from Circulation. The door lock is a bit challenging which is why we have detailed instructions for you in the guidebook. The heat can be adjusted by the thermostat in the unit.

We loved this location! Wonderful views from the deck, living room, and master bedroom to the park and water directly across the street. Easy access to walking the shore/tide-pooling and very short walk to local restaurants, etc. Listing very accurate. We found the unit well equipped and comfortable. Maybe not the best match in summer for those very sensitive to light or road noise (bc will want windows open) but we slept well and thought the convenience of location well worth it.

I have been visiting Orcas for many years and can attest that you could not ask for a more convenient location when staying on the Island. Dining, shopping, and groceries are available within a short walk. The unit was very clean and the perfect size for our family. The view is lovely!

Loved this house! Great location for enjoying Eastsound. Perfect for teens who want a bit of freedom, and also for watching the 4th of July fireworks (literally across the street). Will definitely be back.

Wonderful stay, the place was better and bigger than what we saw in the pictures. Beautiful view from most of the apartment, the place had all we needed. Great location, and although it is in town it was quiet. Want to go back already!

Great property with many amenities and great location (and view) in Eastsound. We love Orcas and love to stay in Eastsound - would recommend for a larger family traveling. We were celebrating and had options for sleeping, cooking, dining indoors or out. We can’t wait to come back!

Pros: Nice quality of furniture, mattresses, linens and towels. The location is great for walking into town and a decent view of the park and some view of water beyond. Nice to have the outdoor patio. When we had no soap in the master bath, and on move in the recycling was completely filled, they took care of it within two hours.Cons: Road noise is real, particularly in the mornings and anytime you need to have the windows opened for a cooler breeze.No tissues anywhere, so if you’d like to blow your nose on anything softer thanTP, definitely bring your own. Communication was erratic, either within an hour or quite a long stretch. Paint colors are quite bold.

It's a nice place in Eastsound, which means easy access to restaurants and amenities. Parking is good for one car, if you had a whole caravan of people there'd be issues.

Eastsound Washington

my wife and I and my grandson and his partner. Excellent location, walk to downtown and Indian Island. Great facility - washer/dryer, kitchen appliances, and extras. Only cons were traffic during the night, and on a second floor ( stairs ).Have been going to Orcas for about 30 years and would definitely put this place first on my list to return to.

Ideal Location with Gorgeous Views

My husband and two adult children spent a long weekend at Admiral's Suite. The property is spacious and very well maintained. The best part is its location right on the edge of town. Shops and restaurants are footsteps out the door. And, the views from the property are stunning! Highly recommend.
