This house is very nice and updated and also very close to the beach. I was thrilled that we were provided with a personal entrance code, which makes life easier for all who need to know how to enter the property.The kitchen is beautiful and extremely well equipped. We did get a bit spoiled over the years with a front entrance and steps leading onto the front porch however, the set up here was convenient for the grandchildren not wandering down onto the sidewalk. Therefore, I would have to say, it is very good for those with small children. The storage shed below is fairly filled with the owner's belongings, but we did squeeze our two bikes and beach cart and beach equipment in. For those who do not have their own beach supplies there is more than enough to use in the storage shed. Normally we stay in boardwalk zones, but the swim flag zones on the beach have become ludicrous over the past few years. Thankfully, this beach zone was uncompromised by beach patrol during our stay. Those who prefer free swimming zones will benefit from this. Overall, we recommend this house. The owner, Karl, is very easy to communicate with and responds quickly. We are always so appreciative that people share their properties with total strangers. Yes, it is a business which is earns a profit, but we consider the concept of being able to experience and enjoy these homes a blessing. Thank you, Karl. We had a great time!
