Hey there I’m glad you enjoyed your stay! I’m sorry you missed the part on the ad that explains exactly what kind of sleeping situation there is in the room. It’s a little difficult because VRBO just has a drop-down menu to pick the bed size but it doesn’t have the type. I did however write a description in that same section. I understand that it’s easy to miss, but it’s truly not my fault it’s just the way their site is set up. I just wanted to mention this for anyone else who is reading because it’s definitely not misleading. Regarding the door it does lock. It’s just an antique style. If you had messaged or called I would’ve gladly explained how to work it. I’m glad you enjoyed the power leather reclining sofa. That sofa is the reason we don’t just make it into a full bedroom. We feel like it’s a lovely place to hang out in addition to the main living room. We did figure out a way to put a sleeper sofa in there and still keep the power reclining leather sofa. So we just need to shop around for one now. Anyway again I am glad you enjoyed your stay, thank you for staying!

Hey there, i’m sure glad that you enjoyed your stay! And I appreciate you taking the time to leave this wonderful review. It is a four bedroom house, we just converted one to a parlor because I thought it would be nice to have a separate private living room, and we really wanted to put the power leather recliner in there. I’m sorry you had issues with the mattress. I actually think it’s because it was brand new. It’s a super high-quality mattress, but instructions say when it’s new it stretches out a bit and it feels like it’s losing air. Anyway we inspected it and I couldn’t find a leak. Anyway I think we may be getting a super comfortable sleeper sofa to go in there instead that way I can still have the versatility as a second living room. So if you ever come back, and we’d definitely love to have you! Ask me about it. Again I’m really glad that you enjoyed everything, and thanks again!

Thank you for staying, and for taking the time to review us. I would like to clarify in case anyone sees this that the yard is 100% fenced. The driveway gate just needs to be closed after entering. Most of the back and sides are done in taller privacy fence, around the front Is a scalloped picket fence, as in the photos. I’m sorry if you didn’t notice the gate. I wish you would have asked me, because there is a quiet, responsible and respectful lady living in the property to the rear, and she knows to keep the gate closed at all times.
