Casa Bendita var våre kunders favoritthus i mange år. Eierne oppgraderte eiendommen og bestemte seg deretter for å ha den bare til privat bruk. Fra august 2019 bestemte de seg for å begynne å leie igjen, alle oppgraderingene ser vakre ut og vi er sikre på at du får den perfekte ferien her. Vårt concierge-team på RPM vil sørge for å hjelpe til med transport, tur / aktiviteter og vil være tilgjengelig hvis du trenger hjelp eller har spørsmål.

Casa Bendita ligger på Langosta-stranden, mindre enn en kilometer fra Tamarindo. Dette stilige hjemmet med 4 soverom definerer luksus. Se for deg selv å nyte dagene dine i solen, slappe av under den beskyttede ranchoen på ditt private dekk, med utsikt over vakre Playa Langosta, mens Stillehavet ruller inn mot stranden, bare noen skritt nedenfor. Med sin beliggenhet, fasiliteter og oppmerksomhet på detaljer, fanger denne villaen essensen av den Costa Rica stranden.

Den tropiske hageanlegg, tregulvdører og kabinett, fontener med støpt stein, takvifter, tilpasset kjøkken og hvelvede takbjelker i hardtre er virkelig luksuriøse. Uansett hvor du er i villaen, har du utsikt over hagen, havet eller begge deler. Et paradis med visuelle opplevelser, og bringer tropene virkelig innendørs.

Når du kommer inn i huset møter du en tropisk hage med fontener i støpt stein og tropiske bassenger. Tre av villaene fire soverom vender ut mot hagen. Alle tre soverommene har fullt badekar og dusj som vender ut mot en innendørshage. Hovedsoverommet åpner mot bassenget, og har fantastisk utsikt over bassenget og havet. Med fire soverom og seks bad, sover villaen åtte komfortabelt.

Det spesialdesignede kjøkkenet er fullt utstyrt med avanserte apparater. Familierom, kjøkken og spisestue er en del av et flott rom som vender ut mot dekk og bassengområdet. Den overbygde uteserveringen på dekk har en gassgrill, kjøleskap og ferdig vask. Villaen har aircondition.

Thank you for choosing the beautiful Casa Bendita for your stay. This wonderful property is located in Playa Langosta, a mile from the center of Tamarindo town. Designed in two main independent wings, the house is perfect for groups and families with adult kids. It offers three guest rooms in the first wing with beautiful grounds and fountains before you get to the main building, where the living space, kitchen, and master BDR are. Then you will discover an incredible terrace with an infinity pool and direct access ot the beach. Casa Bendita has elegant interiors and comes fully equipped for up to 8 guests. Parking for one vehicle outside the house.

This home was amazing and we really enjoyed our stay. The home was spacious and the pool was large, sparkling, cool and refreshing. Short path to the beach and great views from the outdoor space. We enjoyed low tides and exploring the rocks and tide pools. Easy walk to great restaurants.

Thank you for the great 5-star review! Casa Bendita is a fantastic beachfront home located in the quiet neighborhood of Playa Langosta. Only 5 minute drive to the town of Tamarindo; you can also walk or bike there. The property is nicely decorated and furnished with a traditional beach style. It has everything you need for a luxury vacation. Every room is air-conditioned. The house has cable TV and internet. You also have a laundry room with a washer and dryer, a full kitchen, BBQ grill on the terrace, and a private pool. The house sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably.

The views and pool area are fantastic, we sat outside all the time and just took it all in. The house has some upkeep issues, but it is a rental so keep that in mind. The other weird thing was that beach goers use the rear portion of the property for lounging, several evenings there were people outside until well after dark. Overall, we had a nice trip.

5 stars BUT:Beautiful oceanfront house and location. Some issues.1. Each individual room needs a lock so that when you leave the room, it's fully locked. There is increasing crime in Tamarindo and Langosta, and this is a must. 2 of the other houses I stayed in built by the exact same builder had external locks to protect the rooms. This is a cheap, necessary addition 2. Before I rent this house again, I'm going to make sure all of the mini split ACs' filters are cleaned and the condensate lines are drained. The air in 3 of the bedrooms was musty at times--which is a separate issue from Costa Rica's humidity--and this would easily fixed by weekly cleaning of the mini splits 3. There were multiple small issues which indicated a lack of a quality check prior to our check in. The mini split in the kitchen was malfunctioning, one of the dressers in the rooms was totally out of level which caused the drawers to remain open, and the bed in one of the bedrooms was falling off the frame. That same bed was made up of 2 doubles that were not well joined and uncomfortable to sleep on. For this price, the house needs to be flawless.4. The listing mentions "parking available", which is true, but the listing should really say "no garage parking". Every other house I've stayed in in Langosta had at least a 1 car garage. This house has a 2 car garage but the owners' vehicles are occupying the garage. Although we parked in the driveway, it was still a pretty big disappointment.

Thank you for the 5-star rating on Casa Bendita. This wonderful house is one of the very few beachfront properties in Langosta. Its location makes it unique with direct access to the beach and a view of fantastic sunsets. We have managed Casa Bendita for more than 20 years, and guests have repeatedly expressed their love for this beautiful house. We have an office in town and available staff to take care of the property before and during guests’ stay. We make a thorough inspection of the property before our guests check in, but understand some things may sometimes need our attention and occasional repairs. Our customer service is open 7 days a week, and we have an emergency line for after office hours.. For those who will stay at this property, it is important that you inform us about any concerns, questions, or problems, as it will allow us to take action right away for a prompt solution. We are thankful for guests’ feedback, which allows us to improve. We have already worked around these reports. Concerning parking at the house, guests can park in the driveway. Langosta is a very secure neighborhood, and it is safe to park outside. In terms of security, Tamarindo has become a very popular destination. It receives a large number of visitors, and the area remains globally very safe. The local development association also partners with the police to increase participation to prevent crime. Casa Bendita is a fantastic property, and we look forward to hosting you there!

We had an amazing time Casa Bendita!It was my husband and me, our two teenage boys and my sister and it was perfect. A few highlights… We loved the open air showers! It added a totally tropical vibe… We loved relaxing in the pool and enjoying the back deck sitting area where you could enjoy the ocean view and sound of waves all night and day. The beach… All of the reviews say it but the sunsets are awesome! The stretch of beach this was on was beautiful and quiet! And lots of fun seashells. Location wise… There were plenty of restaurants to walk to and others just a short golf cart drive away in town. We loved Sidebar for an after dinner drink! The house had everything we could have needed. The separate ice maker was a total plus. Also beach towels were provided. The welcome gift with coffee was a nice surprise! Also the concierge was super helpful and got us everything we needed. Do not hesitate to use them! :)From a responsiveness standpoint we only needed help once when we couldn’t figure out one of the A/C units, and I swear someone was there in under 10 minutes to show us (it was totally our user error!). And once we got them going all of the rooms were very pleasantly cool. We definitely said if we come back next summer we will look to book this same casa!Thank you so much!!

Thank you for choosing Casa Bendita for your stay and for the great 5-star review. Casa Bendita is one of the very few houses that are truly beach-facing. Located in the neighborhood of Langosta, you are only 1 mile from the center of Tamarindo. You can easily walk but most of the guests prefer to rent a golf cart or a bigger vehicle which will allow you to explore the beautiful area around and reach other beaches. This elegant house has 3 guest rooms in the first two wings of the house. Then you have the living room, kitchen, laundry room and master bedroom in the main building, attached to the outside terrace that overlooks the beach. You will want to stay there most of your day to hear the sound of the waves, jump into the private pool and, of course, enjoy the sunsets. Every bedroom has its own bathroom. Also, every room has a/c. The house is fully equipped for up to 8 guests. It has a full kitchen, hot water, cable TV, internet, washer and dryer and a parking spot in front of the house. The ideal house for families and friends to enjoy a great vacation, a few steps from the beach!

Thank you for the 5-star review. Sunrise is a gated community place located in the heart of Tamarindo, across the street from the beach. You can walk to the stores, restaurants, and town amenities. No need to rent a car unless you want to also explore the area around. Our concierge team will be happy to assist with activities and more. Please note that most of the trips and excursions include transportation. Unit 16 is located on the third floor, with a partial ocean view. Comfortable this 3 BDR is perfect for families and friends. Comes fully equipped with a/c, cable tv and internet, hot water, washer and dryer.

Perfect stay for Our Wedding guests

Our stay at this incredible VRBO was nothing short of unforgettable. It was the perfect setting to host my best friends, and from the moment we arrived, we were completely blown away by the beauty of the property. The layout of the home was absolutely stunning—thoughtfully designed to create a feeling of both openness and tranquility. Every corner of the house felt inviting and full of character, making it a truly special place to gather and relax.One of the highlights for all of us was the view. The pool overlooked the water with a breathtaking, panoramic scene that we never got tired of. We spent hours just soaking it all in—swimming, laughing, and watching the light shift across the horizon. It was the kind of view that instantly melts your stress away.We also really appreciated how well the air conditioning worked, especially on those hotter days. It kept the home comfortable and cool, allowing everyone to sleep and unwind with ease after long days out in the sun.And the fish! The serene flow of fish throughout the property brought a peaceful, almost magical energy to the space. It added so much charm and beauty, and everyone loved it—it was such a unique touch.This home truly brought our group together and gave us memories we’ll be talking about for years. You will enjoy the sound of the waves from the terrace, the sunsets and swimming in the pool overlooking the beach. The house is perfect for families and friends. It has 3 guest rooms in the first wing of the property. Then you access the main building where the living space, kitchen, laundry, and master BDR are. Fully equipped, this house can sleep up to 8 people comfortably. Located in Langosta a quiet neighborhood of Tamarindo you will enjoy the walks on the beach or around the block to enjoy the fauna in the early mornings or late afternoons. Tamarindo is a short 5-minute drive from this property.

BEAUTIFUL PRIVATE VILLA

This gorgeous Villa was home base for 2 weeks. Family and friends came and went. Road trips to the Volcano and Cloud Forrest were spectacular. Easy travel. Those of us staying back at the villa could not have enjoyed it more. Large. Private. Ample indoor and outdoor space. Beautiful pool and of course the Ocean just steps away. Walking the beach during low tide was a daily routine. We never missed a sunset. So many restaurants to choose from and all were excellent. Great service and delicious food. The location provides easy access to everything. We used a rental car. Uber and scooters. All in All we Loved it!!!

With 4 independent bedrooms, it sleeps 8 guests comfortably. The house has a great layout with 3 guest rooms separate from the main building where the kitchen, living area, and master BDR are. This main wing of the house connects with a welcoming outdoor terrace that overlooks the beach. You will enjoy the private pool in there but also any meals at the sound of the waves. Sunsets are true joys giving a magic experience of your stay. Side note: if you stay at Casa Bendita, you will never want to leave!!

Thank you for the great review about Casa Bendita. This wonderful house is located in front of the beach and a short drive to the center of Tamarindo. From the moment you get into this property, you will fall in love with it! The beautiful grounds, plants, fish ponds, and fountains will surround you. You have also this lovely outside terrace overlooking the beach, an ideal space to enjoy the sound of the waves. There is a private pool right there too. You have the living room attached to the kitchen and the master BDR with an attached bathroom in the main building and the three guest rooms outside in a separate wing, all with attached bathrooms too. Perfect for families, couples, and friends!

Family vacation for all

Stayed with my 60 yr old parents, brother and his wife, my wife and our 5 yr old - plenty of space, even if you switched our 5 yr old with an adult couple. Every room was private with an en-suite. Casa was well cared for and can walk to property management if need be. Everything you need is on site and really thought out/works. Kitchen is large with massive fridge/freezer, ice machine, everything you need. Good working AC in all living spaces. Walk to plenty of restaurants/market. Would definitely stay here again. Gracias!!

Amazing property

We spent a month at Casa Bendita and loved every minute of it. The property is even more beautiful in person! The property managers (Lola and German) are incredibly responsive and helpful. Can't wait to go back!

Thank you for the great review about your stay at Casa Bendita. It was a pleasure to host you and your family. Casa Bendta is perfect for a family vacation. First, it has a fantastic location right in front of the beach with direct access to it. It is a short mile distance to the town of Tamarindo where most of the shops and restaurants are. Langosta is a very nice and quieter neighborhood of Tamarindo. It is pleasant to stay there and enjoy walks around the block or on the beautiful volcanic beach. You can enjoy the wildlife early in the morning or later around sunset time. The house is large and comfortable with the master BDR attached to the main house building where the kitchen laundry area and living room are. You ahve then 3 other guest rooms separate from the main wing but close enough to keep everyone together but with privacy. Each room has a bathroom. The property is fully equipped for 8 guests and has its private pool, terrace and BBQ area.

Spactular Views

The home was in a great location with awesome views of the Pacific and the western sunsets. With its premium rent and advertised access to the beach, the owners should provide some portable beach chairs and possibly a shade cover. We had to rent them which is not expensive, but involves finding a vendor, picking the chairs up and returning them. Lola and German were most helpful in making plans and solving our various problems. Without them, we would have been at a loss on a number of occasions.

Perfect vacation home!

Perfect vacation home for our party of 7. We loved that 3 of the bedrooms were away from main house for privacy / quiet sleep when needed. The pool was perfection overlooking the ocean, communicating with the property management through the VRBO was easy with quick responses. Overall just the perfect home, we’ll be back at Casa Bendita in two years!

Great time at Casa Bendita

We enjoyed the stay. The RPM team was exceptionally helpful with arranging golf carts, private chef and excursions. The location was great as it was not in the center of town, but was only a golf cart ride away. The house was clean and met every need of our party. We enjoyed the layout of the house and the wonderful pool and views. For the surfers..... the Play Langosta break was about 300 to 400 yards down the beach and was a lot less crowded then in town. Both left and rights that were chest to head high. Overall, great experience.

First Time Stay---But Definitely Not The Last

The welcome gift from the owners was very nice and very much appreciated! The property was exquisite, beyond the photographs! The beach was very close (only steps away), very clean and very pleasant. I love to cook and everything associated with cooking and serving was upscale; down to the place mats, platters, serving utensils, etc. Each suite was very private and individualized. The pool was outstanding and Randy was a great help. The visiting iguanas, racoons, and birds were delightful and not a threat at all. Thank you RPM, Tropical Vacations, Paradise Cart Rental and Vrbo! This is a fantastic environment for all ages!

Casa Bendita is a fantastic 4 BDR house with 3 guest rooms separate from the main house, perfect for families or couples. The house has a lot of space and a beautiful deck overlooking the beach and direct access to it. It also has a private pool and an amazing location in Langosta, a residential neighborhood of Tamarindo surrounded by nature and only a 5-minute drive to town. We hope that you can come back and stay here again soon! Pura vida!

Amazing Costa Rican Vacation

We stayed here with 3 other couples for a 50th birthday celebration (8 people total). It is a gorgeous home with an unbelievable ocean view. The home is within walking distance of some restaurants, but we rented golf carts to be able to get to Tamarindo shops and restaurants, as well.

Tamarindo family escape

Wonderful location. Definitely get a golf cart and with that you can cruise into town anytime and grab whatever you want from the local stores. Great property, clean rooms, outdoor showers, solid kitchen, wonderful views and direct walk to beach. Gorgeous plants and landscaping and very clean pool. Definitely recommend.
