Fantastic house for a large group with pets, needs to be deep cleaned. Upon arrival, the check in process was smooth and everything worked as intended. My only issue with our stay is that the house was not cleaned properly prior to our arrival. There was hair in the shower from a previous guest, brown fingerprints on walls and doors, and the fans were so dusty that we could not use them. The house did have a great layout with plenty of bathrooms and comfortable beds. The house sits on top of a hill with plenty of privacy from the surrounding properties. It is a lakefront property; however, it should be advertised how steep of a walk it is to get to the dock: potentially not great for the elderly or people with disabilities.

when we arrived to the property, it was unclean. I think it was just a bad housekeeping service prior to us arriving. The floors were dirty, there was chewed candy on the fitted bedsheets of one of our rooms, end tables weren't clean and had stains, there was garbage on the floor (paper plates, hair ties, etc.). we contacted TaylorMade right away and they sent someone out but I think somewhere communication was not relayed properly and they only dropped off bedsheets. we called them back and they sent people to do a full clean. That was great, they did a wonderful job. the listing was very accurate but I do wish they mentioned the amount of stairs. my husband and I laughed because we really did kind of blow off the comments but we are fit people and considered it good exercise. the family we traveled with did not. there are lots of homes on the lake with less of a drop-off to the docks so if you're not into stairs, check them out. There were so many positives about the property. the layout was perfect, the lake was amazing! it feels incredibly private. it is relatively close to two other homes but they are staggered so you feel very secluded. the deck was great, bedroom sizes were all perfect. I'd definitely go back! we had a wonderful trip despite some hiccups that were handled well by TaylorMade.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Lazy Days! We loved how family friendly the property is and it was a great setup for 4 kids and 2 dogs. We enjoyed the dock and spending our days in the lake. Every night we enjoyed dinner on the deck and the hot tub was a great way to unwind. The house was very clean and comfortable for our family. We loved it so much that we’re hoping to reserve a week here next year. Thank you for a great getaway at the lake!

The place was great. Had everything as advertised. The steps in the home were a little steep for our 4 year old as well as our dog. Parking was ample and easy to unpack/pack up our stuff and straight to the main living area.

New Years getaway

Upon arrival the house smelled of smoke. Floors were dirty having not been mopped just swept. The Wi-Fi and bedroom TVs never worked. The hot tub was dangerous and one of the guests broke their ankle going from the platform to the grassy area. We were never able to get into the garage even tho we were told we would be. Very disappointed in the communication between the property management company and the owners because no one ever came out to fix the Wi-Fi despite numerous efforts made on our part daily

1st Deep Creek Vacation

We really enjoyed our 1st vacation to Deep Creek. The house was convient to pretty much everything. The house was perfect for us. It was lakefront with a dock. There were quite a few steps to get down to the lake which was fine for my family. There was a flat part for my dogs which was really nice. Would definitely stay here again

Lazy Days was GREAT!

My family and I stayed here for Thanksgiving. The house comfortably accomodated 5 adults, an infant, and two dogs. It was well appointed with kitchen supplies and provided a spacious, yet cozy stay. We hardly used the finished basement, but seemed like an awesome spot for kids to play! I'd love to return during the summer months to enjoy the lake! Property was beautiful with ample parking.

Won't Return to "Lazy Days"

The property is overpriced for the condition and location. There is a steep decline to get down to the dock...which may be a terrific way to have children use up some energy, but was is exhausting for us. Consequently, we only went down to the water at the property a few times during the week.

Enjoyable Stay

A house by the lake offered many opportunities for us to drive to great hikes, ride horses, visit parks, go fishing, go canoeing, and much more. The kitchen had everything you could want, the beds were comfy, and when we had one small issue, the maintenance (TaylorMade) came over right away. The hot tub overlooking the lake was a nice bonus.

Easter at Deep Creek

A wonderful home with beautiful views of the lake! A well-equipped kitchen with everything needed for cooking and serving family. Plenty of space for family to gather. Hot tub, fire pit, and bumper pool table were a hit for all ages! Hope to be back soon for peace and relaxation!

Much needed getaway

We were very pleased with our stay here. The house itself was even nicer than expected from the pictures, but the dock was much further away than the images indicated. This was not an issue for us, but may be for others. Also the wifi would cut out often, or have a poor signal. But overall it was wonderful and just what we needed!

Had a great time!

The house was wonderful. The only things that could have been better were there should be some outside lighting at the driveway entrance (we arrived at night and it was hard to find) and at the side of the house opposite the garage. We also had an issue with the toilet upstairs running constantly and could not reach management to fix it. We just turned the water off to it and did not use it.

Great ski weekend get away

Lazy Days Winter Stay

The steps down to the private dock is great exercise! 98 steps! The house is in a wonderful location to travel to July 4th fireworks without the boat traffic. Our children enjoyed the bumper pool table! The hot tub, horse shoes, and the water trampoline we rented was so much fun for all!

Lazy Days Rental Review

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lazy Days is a nice house that easily can accommodate up to 10 people. Kitchen is very well equipped, hot tub was awesome, and a very large deck. There are a number of steps from the house to get down to the dock. More of a workout coming from the dock uphill to the house. Several maintenance issues occurred during out stay, but Taylor Made management quickly sent out repairmen to fix the issues. The only thing not addressed was the house needs a new grill. Of note, be aware that all trash needs to be locked in "bear proof boxes" at the road. Bears got into our trash twice even after locking the trash can in the box. containers
