Transformational Seaside Renewal

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 4th annual family beach trip to stay at Beach Music. Our party of six (ages ranged from 5-72 years) love living here for a week each summer or fall! The three children (ages 5-10 years now) played in the sand & surf many hours daily as did the 3 adults. This year we had a turtle make her way to nest by our dune walk-over, the bird nesting area was roped off onshore nearby with many chicks running about, and we witnessed the full Buck Moon of July! As usual, the Blue Angel's Practice was spectacular! This year they escorted the C2-A Greyhound on its final flight to be retired in the Naval Air Station Museum. The only recommendation I heard from an adult family member was, "It sure would be nice if the outdoor shower had a screen or partial screen around it so grownups could fully shower off outside like the kids did! Beach Music is a well-maintained, well-appointed, well-stocked seaside home!!!

Perfect location - like we had our own beach. Well stocked, beautiful setting. We also got to experience what it was like to stay in beach front property during a tropical storm. Fantastic property!

Very nice house in a great location. Here are a few suggested improvements. Night stands in master bedroom are too small and not very functional. Umbrella on the outside table is broken and not usable. We hosted a dinner party. The kitchenware was not well organized. Knifes in the set are dull. There were many positives - modern smart TVs, a nice variety of beach chairs and umbrellas and the, beautiful beach. Thanks.

I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. There were six adults, and it was quite comfortable and spicy enough for us to enjoy time together, but also have separate space if anyone needed it. The deck and views are phenomenal. The amenities are exactly what you need when you go to the beach. We loved that there was an outside shower to clean up before we went inside. We loved the little entryway on the ground floor before going upstairs to the living space. We loved having the storage space to put all of our beach items and wash our clothes so that sand and everything else didn’t get tracked upstairs, but we felt like it was secure, leaving it overnight or if we happen to go out for the day. While it’s on a quieter end of the beach, there is such easy walkable access to pretty much anything you need. All of the shopping and restaurants are a quick walk down the beach or sidewalk or you can drive and it takes less than five minutes. While we did not have kids on our trip, this is a great place for a family because of the way the rooms and bathrooms are set up. It’s also right on the beach so it makes it easy when you have to take all of the stuff down to the water for a day in the sun and sand. Communication and instructions were super clear and easy. The property management company was fantastic! This house is on our list for all future stays. Thank you so much for giving us the opportunity to have a worry, free stress, free vacation.

House:Clean, Awesome, Cozy, Cute, Organized. It was easy to integrate my small midwest family into the house during the stay. Kitchen organization was intuitive for finding what was needed. Bathroom ammenities were all present. Additional linens we're within easy reach if needed. We have a 1 and 3 year old. Both vulnerable to every little danger in the world. The house was well designed to minimize risks without any special requests. Location next to the beach was immaculate. Hop and a skip over a little hill and you're smack dab staring at the ocean. The view was also super incredible. I was able to grill some burgers and hotdogs which was such an awesome dinner experience. Huge thanks to the host!Paradise Beach office:Professional, nice, informative, and always within reach of communications if needed.One trivial note: It wasn't clear to us that we could drop-off keys in a drop box in the morning which lead us to thinking we had to check out after 9 am, but before 10 pm which added a little pressure/anxiety thinking through logistics. When called office, it was clarified, super simple / easy miscommunication that I may have missed. Update the "Before you departure" sheet to call out the key drop off box availability could be helpful for future vacation adventurists.Overall 5 star experience! Highly recommend!

This Paradise Beach Homes property was spotless and beautiful, with incredible views and a fantastic indoor shower. The private walkway made beach access easy, and the outdoor shower with warm water was a nice touch for rinsing off sandy feet and swimsuits.Be sure to bring water shoes for the thick bed of shells at the water's edge and use the sand-piles to safely cross the industrial pipes on the shore.To save money, stock up on groceries before arriving to avoid tolls and high-priced local stores—there is a toll-free bridge about 30 minutes east of the property heading towards Navarre. While in that area, check out Navarre Seafood Market; they have great seafood that can be steamed onsite for takeaway, and the garlic herb flavor was delicious! Be prepared for long waits and premium pricing at most island restaurants, though we did enjoy Flounders and McGuires. Overall, a lovely stay—just pack sandals and snacks!

Perfect Beachfront Stay with Amazing Location

The location truly could not have been better—right on the beach with beautiful views and easy access to the water. It made for such a relaxing and enjoyable trip for our family.The home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and we appreciated how it was stocked for guests. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described, which made settling in easy.The only thing we would have changed is that the main bedroom does not have an ensuite bathroom, which would have made it even more convenient. That said, it certainly didn’t take away from an overall fantastic experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great beachfront getaway in Pensacola!

Comfy beds, plenty towels, every kitchen utensil and ALL the beach needs (chairs, umbrella, buckets and sand toys). The prime location ON the beach was exactly what we hoped for. Great sunrise and sunset views from the porch (and all the windows!) We even spotted dolphins from our view inside the house! Planning our next getaway to come back!

It's probably worth mentioning that none of the bedrooms have a Gulf view if that's what you're looking for, but the trade-off is all the hangout areas (living, dining, kitchen) have an excellent view.
