Property was beautiful as always. This is our third year here and it is always great. Owners are also great with their communication. We were blessed to see quite a few sea turtles this year and we look forward to heading back again next year.

Everything about this property was great. This was our second year in a row using this property and it didn't disappoint. The kitchen has Everything you need to prepare a meal. We chose to cook each night instead of going out. The pool definitely helps especially if you have children who can't handle being on the beach for long periods at a time. It was especially awesome when our young grandchildren saw their first season turtle come ashore. I would definitely recommend this to family having 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms gives everyone plenty of room. And the outdoor shower is a big help.

We had the best time at this property. The house was beautiful and well stocked. The pool was clean and well maintained. We saw so much wildlife while we were there as well. The beach was gorgeous, some days we were only people out there. There’s no public access points so you literally get the whole beach to yourself. The host provided everything we needed to make this a very memorable family vacation. The only thing we would suggest as a family that had a toddler was a baby gate for the spiral staircase. Thank you for sharing your home with us, we hope to visit again!

We vacation in Florida every year. This is by far the best location we've ever stayed!!! The views were amazing! It took our breath away as soon as we walked in the front door! We saw lots of wildlife! Sea turtles, manatees, sting rays!! The house was immaculate !! Loved the mid century modern design. They even had the history of the house framed, very interesting!! The no-seeums were a pain but did not dampen our family time inside or out!! The pool was amazing!! We spent a day at SeWorld which was only a little over an hour away. I can't say enough good things about this vacation home. I texted the owner at the end of our week asking about check out instructions ?? He said You do nothing but take the trash out and have safe travels home!!! That was a first!!!!! We can not wait to go back!!

We had a terrific visit at this wonderful property. The access to the beach was outstanding and a highlight of the trip. The pool turned out to be one of our favorite parts of the property, and it kept our children entertained for many hours. The location of the home ensured that we had the beach largely to ourselves. Be aware that the no-seeums (Ceratopogonids) can be a challenge in the mornings and evenings and we wished we had brought long pants for the evening strolls. The kitchen is the finest setup we have ever seen in a rental. The combination of appliances and dishes allowed us to create gourmet meals throughout our stay. All in all a lovely home and a memorable stay.

This house worked perfectly for my family! Right on the beach, easy to get to, and so perfectly stocked. We had everything we needed, from lots of spices to lots of beach towels, beach toys, boogie boards, and beach chairs. The pool was wonderful and there was lots of outside seating. The hosts were very responsive, going out of their way to return an item I had left behind. We would be happy to stay there again!

Really enjoyed our stay again this year. The weather was much more cooperative. So glad to have the pool, it was used more than we anticipated. Really appreciated the well stocked kitchen, layout of the house and property, the fenced and gated yard (kept down highway noise) and convenience to outside activities where we biked, hiked and kayaked. Close enough for a day trip to Disney. Great vacation home.

The house was very clean and comfortable, and we certainly enjoyed the beach and pool. Our grandchildren had fun with the games, puzzles and toys. The only downside was that we found the Wi-Fi hook-up physically broken, and it wasn’t repaired while we were there.

Perfect Family Treat

This beach home was perfect for our family.It is right on the ocean and great for the teenagers in our family who love to fish, watch sea turtles nest. The outdoor pool was perfect for the entire family.

Our annual family beach trip.

The property and location were excellent. Hardly anyone on the beach we felt like we had it all to ourselves. The Grandkids love everything about this place and this was our first time renting a place with a private pool. We all enjoyed it after spending time on the beach.the best things about this place was everyone had their own space and the kitchen was definitely a treat it had everything you needed to prepare a gourmet meal and we all took turns each night making fabulous meals. I would highly recommend this place not only for the location but the enjoyment you will get from renting this home. Until next year I think we found our piece of paradise.

Restful retreat

We enjoyed the stay with our 3 kids and their 3 friends. Many things to do if you love the outdoors. The kids enjoyed the beach, kayaks, paddle boards, volleyball, boogie boards, turtle watching, and spike ball on the beach. Private, secluded, gorgeous. This was our second stay in this location.

Amazing Vacation

It was wonderful to go to this property and decompress after a hectic week at Disney. We felt so fortunate to be on the beach and also have a pool in the front yard. The grandkids especially loved the pool. On a windy day it was nice that the house blocked the breeze and the kids could play at the pool all day.The kitchen at the house was the best stocked kitchen I've seen! Two sinks, two ovens, two microwaves and a double wide refrigerator! Oh yes a dishwasher, too. No Keurig coffee machine though, but everything else. Having the option to eat indoors or outdoors was nice! Big, solid picnic tables in the front and back porches served a large number of people. It is a lovely house and we're so glad we had the opportunity to experience it.
