We are sorry you had issues during your stay. There is a local management company for you to contact with any issues that need to be addressed they were never contacted. They are local and would have come out immediately to address your concerns. You were provided phone numbers to call for issues and you chose not to use them. The guest before you reported the dryer working in perfect order and upon your checking out maintenance reported the operating knob to the dryer was found broken and a chip in the shower door.

During the guest's stay, the air conditioning stopped working. Our HVAC company went to the property immediately and determined that the system could not be repaired and that we needed to replace the entire system. We gave the guest the option to check out and seek alternate accommodations, they opted to stay. A refund was issued for the inconvenience. We are sorry that this situation arose, but it was beyond our control.

Thank you for letting us know about the Play Station - this is the first we've been told about it. We have a NEST thermostat and all you have to do is turn the dial. Guests can control the temperature between 69 and 76 degrees. We wish you would have phoned us or our management company - we would have told you how to make the adjustment. We were alerted to the guest prior, and a new chandelier has been ordered.

We’re very sorry that our kettle and cutting boards (we had three in the kitchen) have been removed from our property. Had we known, they would have been replaced during your stay. Our guests are our eyes and ears and we appreciate your letting us know. We are very surprised to hear you say that the music being played at the pool was loud and that it required you to keep the door closed in order to watch TV — we’ve never experienced that during our many stays, and we’ve not received that complaint from guests, ever. We take pride in our vacation home, and we enjoy sharing it with our guests. As you indicated, communication was excellent and the property is well laid out. Three stars for a missing tea, kettle, and cutting boards. we think is a bit harsh and doesn’t reflect the pride that we have in our home.

We and the Windsor Hills Resort welcome you back any time! We thought of having one of the larger bedrooms with two queen beds, but we were told that guests in the two master suites would prefer their privacy - so leave the bed set up as it is. As you said - the bedroom is just for sleeping. The to the pool, water slides, and splash pad are great, aren't they? Some parents have to fight with their kids to get them to go to Disney attractions. Some would just rather stay at the Resort and have fun in the sun there. Come back and see us again.
