The property was exactly as described. It was clean and we had everything we needed. Communication with the host was always met with a quick response. We were able to walk to Disneyland, which was one reason we chose this location. The kids loved the themed rooms, which was a fun extra touch!

We had a great time at this property. The proximity to Disneyland could not have been better! My daughter loved the Elsa bedroom and the dress up dresses. It was also so nice to have a bedroom for each kid. The king bed is firm so just be aware for anyone that likes a softer mattress. We appreciated that the kitchen was well stocked, including plenty of items for kids! Thanks for a great stay!

The property itself was great. The place was clean and was as described. This unit as a whole was good. As far as the complex the unit is in, the other buildings need some work. The exterior of this unit was good, but the others are needing some work. The pool is ok, but the furniture around it is old and needing replacement, as well as some shade. We continue to return because of the great location and how this property owner takes care of their units.

The air conditioner in both the kids rooms was nonexistent when I called to find out if there’s an option to get it better or for help, they told me to shut off the downstairs vents and use the fans. That told me they knew of the problem and didn’t fix it.

Will never stay here again. Place had cockroaches the size of my palm both alive and dead with visible roach droppings. Bathrooms look good in the photos but are in very rough condition. Bathroom in the master bedroom was in the worst shape sending us to all use the other shower which requires acrobatics to rinse your head if you are above 5’3. I frequently stay at short term rentals and have never had to sign so much paperwork. Genuinely don’t know how this place has such good reviews. I would expect more from a motel. But don’t worry, they left a sign out asking for a tip.

We take the cleanliness of our property very seriously and we're so sorry to hear that you experienced cockroaches during your stay. We do regular pest control, but with the wetter months, we sometimes see uninvited pests looking for a dry space. We do agree that the bathrooms are due for an update, and we are working right now to finalize the plans before they're set into motion once we're able to get an open break in our calendar between guests. We apologize that your stay was not up to our Funtierland standards, and we appreciate you taking the time to let us know exactly what would have made the property more comfortable for you and your guests.

10 minute walk to Disneyland

King bed and Two bunks with trundles for a total 7 beds. Plenty of space for a family. Close enough to see the fireworks over Disneyland

A different experience

The house was nice enough; there are some quirks like doors that slam shut on their own and the bunk bed is really low. I would recommend a couple of door stops be added. Obvious damage in the main bathroom from the door was present before we got there and wasy to understand its cause. Also, recommend providing kleenex! My main issue with this property was the rental process and rules. They had, what they called, "a strict noise curfew " that apparently did not apply to the neighbors. The next door dog barked throughout the night and the car road noise was a little annoying. In addition, this was not the property I originally rented and had to move due to some crazy rules. I've never had to sign such a ridiculous contract to rent a VRBO. On the positive, the other beds were comfortable and the house is fairly close to the Disney park, but not Universal! Overall I would say this property is a 3 out of 5. I travel quite a bit and all over the world, this was, like I said, a different experience!
