As soon as we were made aware of the issue during your stay, we arranged for the condo to be professionally treated by a licensed pest control company. The unit has since received its initial treatment, a follow-up treatment has already been scheduled, and after the first service there have been no further signs of activity. While pest issues can occasionally arise in tropical environments, this was certainly not the experience we wanted for you. We appreciate you bringing the matter to our attention so it could be addressed immediately. We sincerely apologize again and wish you all the best in your future travels.
