Thank you for your wonderful review! We're so happy your family had a great long weekend with us. It sounds like you made the most of your stay—from relaxing at the pool to enjoying the convenience of having an in-unit washer and dryer after swim days. We're also glad you took advantage of the many conveniences the building offers. Having Jewel-Osco right in our building makes it easy to pick up groceries, birthday cakes, and other essentials, and it's great to hear DoorDash made for some relaxing evenings after busy days exploring the city. And of course, we're thrilled you loved the view! It's one of the things that makes The Penthouses at Grand Plaza so special. With a Walk Score of 100, you're just steps from Chicago's best restaurants, shopping, and attractions. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us. We hope to welcome you and your family back soon, and with 11 unique penthouse residences in the building, we'd love to host your next Chicago getaway!

Thank you for taking the time to leave such a detailed and balanced review. We genuinely appreciate both your compliments and your constructive feedback. We're delighted you enjoyed the spectacular views, spacious layout, convenient location, and our responsive communication. It's also wonderful to hear that our door staff helped make your stay enjoyable. With a Walk Score of 100, having the CTA Red Line at our doorstep and Jewel-Osco conveniently located right in our building makes exploring Chicago and picking up everyday essentials easy. We'd also like to address a few of your comments for the benefit of future guests. The living room furniture has actually just been updated with brand-new leather sofas and chairs, so we're excited that future guests will enjoy those recent improvements. Regarding the balcony, we intentionally do not provide outdoor furniture because, over the years, we've unfortunately had guests leave bottles, cups, and glasses outside that have been blown or accidentally knocked nearly 500 feet to the street below. Guest and pedestrian safety has to remain our highest priority. We also wanted to clarify that the beds in the bedroom are indeed standard queen-size beds. Finally, we appreciate your observations regarding other areas of the unit and building. Feedback like yours helps us continue prioritizing updates and improvements. Thank you again for recognizing our responsiveness and the cleanliness of the penthouse. We appreciate you choosing The Penthouses at Grand Plaza. With 11 unique penthouse residences in the building, we hope you'll consider staying with us again and experience the ongoing improvements we're making throughout our properties.
