Just perfect. We especially loved the view of both the beach and the bay from our balcony at sunset. The property is neat, clean and in a great location, less crowded than the area by the pier.

Beds were comfortable, A/C works great! Counter space in kitchen and bar was wonderful. The balcony is larger that it appears in the photos. We had a great time and look forward to a return visit.

It was a wonderful vacation!! The condo was beautiful with a perfect view. It is decorated well and made us feel at home. Plenty of room in the kitchen with good supply of cooking equipment.

Beautiful stay

The property manager, Betty, went above and beyond. She made our trip excellent. House and location was beautiful. Only one thing for us and it may not bother others. The owners had family photos up all over the house including the bathroom. It felt like we had broken in to someone’s home for first few days. Very disconcerting.

This is the perfect spot for a family vacation. Good local food, pretty beaches, nice pool and hot tub.

Perfect

This condo was beautiful and spacious and worked well for our group of 7. Very convenient and well kept. Views were amazing. The only thing we disliked was the parking. We wished there had been stripes in the parking lot so people wouldnt take up so much space. There were a couple nights we had a hard time finding a space.

Great location they need to work on their housekeeping

We have stayed at the Belle Mer condos for at least 15 years. We always stayed in the same condo every year until we had an incident where the condo was not cleaned at all before we arrived. We called and it was a big mess trying to work all the things out. The housekeepers came back during our stay and were very rude. This was several years ago. We changed units and have not had another problem until this year. This year we arrived and again the condo had not been cleaned. There was dirt and grime everywhere. I contacted the owner this time and she was super helpful and apologetic. She offered to have housekeeper come but this cuts into your vacation. We declined and said we would clean the unit ourselves. She was going to give us a discount for the trouble. So far I haven't gotten it and just got a response today, saying the cleaning fee was going to be refunded. I should get that plus since I did the actual cleaning. Also she said we did not follow checkout instructions. I think this is just a comeback since I have complained. I have stayed in condos for over 25 years and have never gotten a message that we did not follow checkout instructions. WOW! I think she may be trying to keep my deposit which is a whole other story. In the beginning we were charge a deposit outside of the VRBO fee. I have never had this happen and thought that it was weird. However we wanted to stay here and paid the deposit. Now I think she is trying to keep our money. Not sure what will happen.

I have been renting our condos for over 20 years and rarely considered keeping someone's deposit. (6 times in 20 yrs with 12 condos). However, in this case it would be justified. First let me say that the unit was not cleaned to OUR standards and it had not been inspected before the guests arrival. That was entirely our fault. When I spoke to the guest I offered to have 2 housekeepers come immediately to clean the unit again. I told the guest she would be refunded her cleaning fee and she seemed fine with that arrangement. I did not have any further communication with her but I did realize that the occupancy # she had given me when she made their reservation was incorrect. We state on our vrbo site that guests will get a Rental Agreement/Guidelines that they must agree to and sign in order to stay in our unit. As a part of that agreement we require a $250.00 Damage Deposit. The check is held- not even cashed- unless there is a problem during their stay or when they check out. I was contacted immediately when housekeepers arrived with regard to the unit. The guests left the front door unlocked, they left the garbage in the unit, obviously there were more than 2 guests in the unit because all of the linens, towels were used. The unit required an extra housekeeper to be called in to clean in order to have it ready for the next guest and there were definite laundry issues that were costly. Still - her deposit check was shredded and cleaning fee refunded.

Spacious, family friendly condo!

This unit was perfect for families with young kids. There was a pack n play ready for us and the rooms are much more spacious than they appear in photos. The pool was a great size and the walk to the beach was short. The only issue was the rugs and condo in general were a tad dirty and could use a deeper clean between rentals. We rolled up some of the rugs that were getting my crawling son pretty dirty. The bath towels also need an update. Other than those small things, everything was excellent and we would come back in a minute!

Haley thanks for the review. The rugs have been removed from the condo. They were the indoor/outdoor type and they could not be machine washed. That was a poor choice on our part this spring. We have also checked all towels and linens and replenished where needed. Glad you had a good trip and we would love to have you back anytime!

Navarre getaway

Very nice area and beautiful beaches. Condo was fully equipped with everything that was needed. Unit could use a thorough cleaning and the patio door in the master bedroom would not open. Overall the stay went very well.

A beautiful and spacious condo

This home/condo was beautifully decorated, and very spacious . It was perfect for our family beach trip to Navarre, with my children and grandchildren. We would definitely stay there again. There was an issue with a pipe leaking, but home owner tried her best to resolve quickly and then gave us a discount for the inconvenience. That is not something everyone would do, and we appreciated it very much. The condo has amazing views, and as Navarre Beach is our favorite beach, it was perfect.

Perfect! We'll be back next year!

The condo was exactly as described in the listing. We loved having 2 queen beds in one bedroom versus 2 twins. Belle Mer is a very nice property and this was our 5th year visiting. This property worked perfectly for our family! We love coming to Navarre and meet up with other family (we end up getting 3 condos in Belle Mer). We are already in the process of booking again for 2024.

Shirley Vacation

We take a beach trip every year. My husband and me, my daughter, her husband, daughter 14, son 11, my son and his wife with their 2 year old son. We had a wonderful and relaxing week with beautiful weather. The condo was very nice and we loved the location

Paradise

You're own little slice of paradise! Beautiful condo. Clean, lots of space and everything you need during your stay. The building is clean, elevators are fast, carts available for luggage, groceries etc. Pool and hot tub well kept and was never busy. Had to call Betty for a few questions and she was very prompt and efficient. Betty made the entire process flawless and easy. Kuddos Betty! Highly recommend!

Condo is spacious, while lacking in areas that would be expected.

Needs updating, dirty furniture replaced, screen repaired, caddy or something to place shampoo etc in the shower. Chairs & umbrella should be included for the price expected.

Cozy home away from home

This condo had everything we needed. It was clean, and comfortable, and had a wonderful view from the balcony. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, tennis courts, basketball courts, and much more. Navarre is a wonderful place to visit.

A wonderful relaxing family vacation

Spent the week with our son and his wife and children and our daughter. Check in was uncomplicated. Condo was clean and beautiful and had everything we needed. Location was great! Close location to restaurants yet a quiet area. We had vacationed at Panama City Beach for many years but it had gotten too busy and crowded so we decided to check out Navarre Beach and we are so glad we did. Our 10 year old grandson said he never wants to go back to PCB and prefers Navarre. The unit was wonderful and we definitely want to return.
