Lovely updated unit with all you need on site! Love being on the first floor so you can take the stairs down to ground level rather than waiting for elevator. Being so close to the pool and boardwalk is so helpful!

Property was great. House was very clean, host responded to messages and issues quickly. The garbage disposal started leaking during our trip and maintenance was sent out quickly. The plumber was great and very friendly. It's nice to know he has been working for that property for almost 20 years. He definitely showed pride in his work and didn't cut corners!!Things you might not know about: There is a shower and a hose down stairs to rinse beach items off. The owners went beyond this and put a hose on the water heater on the patio. This allows you to wash things off further up stairs. The bedrooms sleep very cold...which is great in my book. Living room gets more sun so it warms up a lot faster. The beach club restaurant and bar are closed on Mondays. Items I would recommend guest bring if they need them: cookie sheets, spatulas, and cups. There are a variety of cups, but for a house that sleeps 8, not all 8 people can drink from the same size cup. Non slip mats for the showers. We loved this place because of the elevator for elderly family members, but the showers can be slick. Brng those if you need them. Overall our stay was great and would happily stay again.

The condo was perfect. The kitchen is completely updated and had everything we needed to make most all of our meals since we didn't want to go out to eat very much due to most restaurants being a good distance away. My only complaint about the condo is we had to bring our own beach/pool towels, which isn't super convenient considering the cost of checking bags these days. And it also would've been a bonus if they had some beach chairs for use verses having to do a rental if you wanted chairs.The Beach Club wasn't quite what we expected, but that's not a reflection on the VRBO we rented. Had simply hoped it would have a bit more to offer. The main pool isn't heated so it was quite chilly during our April stay. We did have fun going over to the hot tub in the evenings. The Sunset pool is a lot of fun and warm, but not as convenient. I was also hoping the bar at the beachclub would've been more of a gathering spot, but it wasn't even open during most of our stay since we weren't there during peak season, which was surprising since we went during spring break. Two separate nights a fire alarm went off at the beach club, which was quite loud and kept us awake, but again, no fault of the VRBO property. Overall, if you're looking for somewhere on Galveston that's away from all the chaos/crowds this condo is a great option!

A Beachy Keen Time!

My sisters and I hosted a girls weekend for our mom. We had a fantastic time. The unit was exactly as described. We all loved the decor. The beds were very comfortable. There was plenty of room in the living room for all of us to comfortably sit and talk. The kitchen is well appointed - we had everything we needed. The only hiccup the whole weekend was the parking - the spots were not numbered due to repair work which is understandable. We got the parking place situation worked out with the other renter so all was good. We all agreed that the unit was perfect for our needs and very much want to rent it again in the future. Thank you!!

Wonderful Winter Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at Sea Note.This first floor condo was perfect for our family with little ones.It's located right next to the walk over to the beach which made it very convenient. And while it was a bit chilly at the beach, we still enjoyed the endless shoreline and shells. Once back, there was plenty of room to spread out, the kitchen had everything we needed and the kiddos were able to play on the large patio. We've stayed at Pointe West many times and this was one of our favorites! Will definitely come back.

Fantastic

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay with my husband, adult children and 4 grandchildren, ages 3-7. Great ocean view from the balcony on the 1st floor high enough to see the water but not so scary with young children. The pool was close by and the seashore is just over the wooden walkway. A little rain 2 mornings cleared up to beautiful sunny days to lounge at the beach or by the pristine pools. Well stocked kitchen with all the utensils we needed. The kids young and old had a blast. The restaurants are 20 to 30 minutes away on the main drag called Seawall but we were prepared with plenty of groceries. We Will be back.

Sensational Sea Note

This beach home was clean, tasteful and super comfortable. The amenities were outstanding and the home featured many extras including a countertop ice maker. We were delighted by our strip and would most definitely stay here again!!!

Great for families

Very clean and well stocked. Great view of the ocean. The lazy river pool was the kids favorite and the short walk to the beach was great! Would love to come back!

Another great time!

Great location and terrific accommodations. Close to the pool and short walk to the beach. Appreciate assigned parking under the building. Well stocked kitchen. Condo has lovely furnishings. Second time staying at the Sea Note.

Family beach getaway

Very convenient 1st floor condo right next to beach club. Beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Easy check in and checkout.
