We had an amazing week in Kaibo! The location of this condo is perfect and has all of the things you need for a family getaway. It is just steps away from the pool and beach, our kids were always able to find something fun to do. Nikki is an amazing host that truly goes above and beyond to ensure you have the best vacation. She is a true gem! We cannot wait to come back!

Nikki’s condo was perfect! This was our second time staying in the Kaibo Phase II condos, and we absolutely love this side of the island.Our trip got off to a rough start when our flight was canceled and we couldn’t make it to Grand Cayman until two days later. Nikki was incredibly responsive throughout the process and was kind enough to accommodate us by extending our stay, which we really appreciated.The condo itself is phenomenal—easily the best unit in the complex. Being just steps from the screened-in porch to the pool was perfect, especially with kids. We traveled with my parents, who had just retired, along with my wife and our 10- and 7-year-old. The layout worked great: my parents had their own bedroom, my wife and I had ours, and the kids were comfortable on the pull-out couch and air mattress.If you’re planning to stay in the Rum Point/Kaibo area, don’t hesitate to book this condo. The location, the unit, and Nikki’s hospitality made for an outstanding stay. We would absolutely stay here again.

The best part of this unit is the location - just a few steps to walk out to the beach and pool. The views are great too (especially the sunsets). This is our second time renting here and the kitchen has been nicely renovated since the first visit. The property manager was very responsive and allowed us to drop some refrigerated items off early, before the unit was completely ready to check in.

We love this location-quiet and serene, but we were able to easily get to multiple beaches. Or daughters loved access to the two bikes with the condo. The welcome gift was a sweet surprise.

Great set up and vibe we were looking for after 7 mile. Patio door needs to be fixed as it did not shut well. Water is not water u want to walk in and swim as grassy bottom. But great location and lots of sea life to see

This is a beautiful spot, we stayed for 4 days in August and had a wonderful time. It was quiet and relaxing, the pool is right out front of the patio along with hammocks and beach. There is a restaurant and coffee shop just along the beach to the right. The unit is lovely and the owner let us extend our stay as we were having such a great time. We kayaked and paddle boarded to starfish point. The Rum Point resort is great for sunset drinks and food, along with swimming and a dock. The 7am stingray city tour with White Sand Watersports is amazing, a once in a lifetime must do experience.

This condo and location were great. The condo is very nice, very clean, and has everything you need. We loved the location, it's quiet out there and not many options for food within walking distance but everything we ate at the resort was great and there are several good places a short drive away. The pool was immaculate and pretty empty most days. The grounds of the condo were very well kept and it's a short walk to Starfish Point and close to Rum Point. We really enjoyed!

The property was beautiful and well stocked for all needs. We enjoyed staying here and would definitely come back! Had a small issue with receiving door code info but was quickly resolved and the management was very responsive. 5 stars overall!!!

First Cayman trip

After a week at Seven Mile, Rum Point was a great place to chill for our second week. This location is fantastic.

Absolutely Amazing!

I cannot express how wonderful our stay was. We had such good communication from the very beginning of the booking process. Check in was seamless with there being a code for the door. The condo itself was better than expected - very clean, comfortable beds, good water pressure in the showers, all of the dishes you need to prepare meals as well as some spices and even some coffee, and the best part is the location to the water. You are literally 5 steps from the screened in porch (which we spent a ton of time in) to the entrance of the infinity pool. There were always plenty of chairs around the pool. Just beyond the pool is the beach and the water. Again plenty of chairs to use, we never had an issue finding space to enjoy the sun. There are also hammocks to use, and little huts to sit under if you want a break from the sunshine. My family had a wonderful stay, such nice people everywhere, plenty of tours to take and food to try. I do recommend getting a rental car as this part of the island is pretty remote from the main touristy stuff. Overall, I will be booking again and can't wait to come back!
