Our stay in Breckenridge was fantastic. There was no air conditioning but fans were provided which helped keep the lodge at a nice temp at night. We had a mix of adults and teens and it was a comfortable stay for everyone. The adults stayed in the 4 master bedrooms (everyone commented how comfortable the beds were) and teens had the other three. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen lacked for nothing. It was spacious and well supplied. The laundry rooms/pantry meant you had plenty of room for everything. There were 2 large washers and dryers and plenty of space to put your supplies. The location made it an easy walk into Main Street and, if you didn’t want to walk, the stop was just 2 doors up to catch the bus. The fact that there was stream and a pond for fishing was a hit with our teenage boys. Honestly, I could go on and on about how great this was for our week long stay. One last note that I would like to add is that communication prior to our visit with our host was great. She responded very promptly to all questions and the instructions given for the stay were clear and concise.You can’t go wrong staying here!!

This place was great and exactly as described. Close enough to downtown for walking but far enough away from hustle and bustle. Plenty of sleep space for a group of 16. All kitchen appliances needed for everyone. Separate TV room and gathering room. Kitchen table with at least 12 chairs. Hot tub was great.

We had a wonderful stay. Our group of 11 women enjoyed our stay in every way. The beds and the furnishings were comfortable and the home was bigger than we even imagined. Very well equipped kitchen. Maybe could use a blender if looking for suggestions.Only thing might be check the refrigerator temp. It froze some items and our produce toward the back. Otherwise fantastic!

Great property for large parties. The number off private bathrooms, the available pots, pans dishes, and separate gathering spaces all contribute to enjoyment by large parties. Proximity to the free bus route is also a great perk!

The house was great. We ended up with 9 people and the house accommodated us well. The free shuttle was super convenient. The space and location was great. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Overall our stay was fantastic! The house provided everything we needed to bring in my next decade! The kitchen was fabulous with every dish or tool we needed! We loved morning coffee sitting by the fireplace! A number of us used the hot tub which was great! We drove everywhere but it was a short walk into town. My nephew even caught 2 brown trout on the river/pond behind! So much to do and see in the area. The elevation kicked some of our butts! We discovered the Oxygen bar a bit late in the week, so go there immediately to handle it better! The ice dispenser didn’t work but the old ice was very jammed up so it probably burned out the motor! I’d empty that thing with each turnover once it’s fixed! Loved the laundry facilities on site! Table tennis was a hit! The oversized dining table was awesome, but the cards didn’t slide too good! Might need a new finish! We sure enjoyed some games and meals around it tho! Thank you for the opportunity to have my family together under one roof! We all had the most memorable time! Sorry about the broken captains chair! My 77 yr old brother sat in it to put his socks on and the seat ripped! Thankfully he was fine! Thanks again!

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. We had no problems with check -in and the kitchen provided us with everything we needed for food preparation. The extra refrigerator was also useful. The host was always willing to answer our questions. The indoor table tennis, corn hole game and big hot tub were enjoyed. With only a short walking distance to the bus stop we found our way to many activities.

Great Location/Cozy Nice Home!

Our extended family of 15 enjoyed staying here! Things we loved: responsiveness of hosts w/ an issue, the comfy beds, the nice towels, the very well stocked kitchen, 2 washers/dryers that were great, nice hot tub, the flow from the kitchen to dining room to deck - large tables on both, ability to walk to "town" easily, 4 parking slots, creek nearby!Other helpful things to know: I think we were expecting it to be right on the private river/pond based on the description - it was close, but you could just hear it, not really see it. Hot tub was great, but the area around it could use a bit of clean up/attention, including an easier way to step in/out - a bit deep/tricky - maybe a step off the deck and then another into the tub?Overall a great stay - we would return!

Wonderful!

This house has it all! The supplies were plentiful, plenty of room/beds/baths and the location to Main Street was fantastic. Our teens could grab eBikes and head to town on their own. It was nestled in the woods and close to everything - very safe. The only downside was having to go through the neighboring house's backyard (also owned by the same owner) to access the pond and river. That was awkward or would have been if there were people staying there. The owners were very accessible and helpful. Still a 5 out of 5 stars for everything else.

Amazing Family Home and Great Hosts

We loved the house in Breckenridge! The bedrooms were spacious and enough for our entire family. The kitchen is large, well stocked with cooking appliances and a really nice walk in pantry for all of our stuff. The bedding and towels were very nice and the hot tub was enjoyable. The location was great with the hop on hop off bus stop just up the road. Our kids loved riding the bus! The area is also very beautiful. The hosts were very responsive and even brought back to Denver some cast iron pans we accidentally forgot at the house. We would love to stay here again!

Fantastic Home & Location

We are a multi-generational family with 8 adults and 6 children. We were impressed with the about of space and bathrooms each family had. We hiked, fished and walked to town. The free bus is steps away and we rode it to the gondola to access Epic Discovery. We spent a lot of evenings in the garage with ping pong and foosball. The property is located in a gorgeous setting. The home is beautiful, so much room and the kitchen was stocked with an abundance of dishes and cookware. Our hosts were responsive to any questions or needs we had. Definitely recommend!

Spacious Retreat for Ski Enthusiasts

Our week-long stay at the Warrior’s Mark was nothing short of spectacular. The property comfortably accommodated our group of 16, providing ample space for everyone to relax and unwind after a day on the slopes. The location was perfect, offering easy access to the ski resort and nearby amenities. The interior of the house was tastefully decorated and well-appointed, with cozy furnishings and modern amenities throughout. The kitchen was a highlight, fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals for our large group. The multiple bedrooms and bathrooms ensured that everyone had their own space and privacy. One of the highlights of the property was the stunning short walk down to the nearby stream. The hot tub was a welcome luxury, providing the perfect way to soothe tired muscles after a day of skiing. Overall, our experience at the house in Breckenridge exceeded our expectations in every way. We can't wait to return for another unforgettable ski trip!

The house was great, well stocked with everything, convenient to the village and slopes and met all our needs. Sarah was very communicative and helpful during our stay. Plenty of bedrooms for a large group. Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying there.
