This property had plenty of space and room to spare for our party of four and a medium dog, including a fenced yard. With multiple places to eat and a well stocked kitchen with cooking utensils, we were able to balance eating out and cooking at home. The location is nearly unbeatable with a 5 min walk to the beach on the bay. The part of the bay has soft sand beach, a handful of horse crabs (no stinky bay smell), and allows dogs on the beach year round during reasonable hours. The beaches were semi-private with plenty of space for everyone in the neighbor to spread out in the height of summer. The bedrooms were spacious and the bathrooms were clean and stocked with cleansing essentials. Big note visitors must bring your own linens (sheets, towels, etc.) as we were kindly reminded by the host and there is laundry available to use. Check-in was hands-off with digital keys and the host was readily available via phone or messenger, though we encountered zero issues during our stay. This is was a great place to unwind, walk to the beach, see the sights a short drive away, and reconnect with friends. The neighborhood was also friendly, quaint, quiet and quirky in a positive way with the ringing of the church bell across the street on Sunday. 15 min drive to the heart of Cape May oceanside. We felt very welcomed at this home and would look to return in the future!
