Amazing location, so convenient to walk all over downtown. It was extremely clean and well equipped with everything we would need. Extra supplies of toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry pods, etc kept us from having to go to the store for anything! Very spacious and lovely! We loved it and look forward to returning in the future.

Great location with parking included. Nice accommodations, but only issue was with the TV’s. Apparently there is NO cable included (property description says streaming available…doesn’t mention cable). Guess I shouldn’t have assumed the existence of cable. WiFi was spotty at best. Owners did replace a couple tvs while we were there, but with no cable and hardly any WiFi, it was frustrating. Guys who replaced the tvs were very nice and professional. Why did we need TV’s while in beautiful Durango u might ask…Hurricane Polo! Had 3 days of non-stop rain. Anyway, condo was nice, clean, kitchen stocked, 2 parking places and balcony with grill!

My girlfriends and I (4 total) stayed here 7/15-19. This condo was perfect for us. The condo is well appointed, very roomy, and looks just like the pictures. And you can’t beat the location to downtown. You’re within walking distance to so much!All furniture, including beds, were very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped if you wanted to cook. There is also a cute little patio off the living room. There is also a larger patio available to all guests which looked lovely, even though we didn’t use it. The condo is through Vacation Rental Collective. The team was extremely communicative before and during our trip. We were able to get into the condo a little early which caused a glitch with the door code entry. I was able to reach someone immediately and they resolved the issue on the spot. The building also requires code access after hours if that’s a safety feature you want.The parking garage (2 spots are available) is a big bonus. Depending on what you want to do, a car might not be necessary, but we did some activities outside of the downtown area so car was needed for us. I highly recommend this condo for the downtown Durango experience, will stay again if I get to come back and would def stay at other VCR properties. Great experience.

The condo was exactly as described with plenty of room and was well appointed. It was very clean and the management company provided a generous supply of “starter” soap, detergent and welcome kits to keep us supplied until we got to the grocery store. The condo is centrally located and you can walk just about everywhere from this location and there are coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Having two parking spots underneath the unit in the garage was handy and the spots were generously sized for my big SUV. The instructions to access the unit and its features were very clear. There were only two small hiccups. One was that it was near record heat and the AC struggled to keep up. Secondly, the WiFi kept going in and out which was problematic for the TV as they do not have cable, only streaming. Other than that, everything was great. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

We are very happy with our stay at this VRBO. Very clean, very spacious and decorated beautifully. Location was perfect. Close to downtown Durango shopping and restaurants. Wi-Fi was not very good and we couldn’t get TV reception, but other than that we have no complaints. I would stay here again and highly recommend.

Lovely condo. Lots of space. Internet very spotty. Comfortable furniture. Looked to have recently been painted and new carpet. Front door area is setup as a kind of "mudroom". Lots of space to drop gear and shoes. Master bath very large, but also very low sinks. Kitchen could use more practical cooking utensils. The balcony is delightful and love that they have blankets so you can enjoy sitting in the morning and evening. Fantastic location to downtown. You can walk any where. Lots of coffee/tea shops and fabulous restaurants close by.

Nice, clean, open living space in an ideal location for access to town. Negatives were absence of an area to hang clothing in the master bedroom, internet speed and funky tv access. Most significant was internet speed - VERY slow. Evening noise from town and traffic can be annoying but that is to be expected close to nightlife establishments.

The condo was comfortable, clean, and spacious—just right for our group of 8. We never felt like we were on top of each other, we had room to spread out. The mud room area was perfect for getting ready for a day on the slopes. The location was very convenient to restaurants and shops.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolutely great Condo great location but.... No access to rooftop as described it was locked. Unable to just watch local channels on TV’s. Everything is an App that you have to use. It wouldn’t even mirror. The biggest problem is access to garage,elevator and even your condo. None of the codes are user friendly and the elevator was down for 3 days. HOA should have made this high priority to get fixed. Glad we were healthy adults to walk the stairs. There was a lack of communication in issues with garage door and elevator. Would rent again but would be leary of these issues.

Great location in Durango.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the rental was perfect. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see and to all the restaurants we wanted dine in.The property was clean and well maintained. It was a bit odd that the master bedroom closet was inaccessible. We had nowhere in the room to hang clothing. We were there in August, and it was quite hot. The AC kept the living room and kitchen cool, but the bedrooms were not cool at night. The fans in the rooms helped.

Nice condo but towels were very work, carpet was stained and there were not enough toiletries for 5 people for 5 days.Trouble with the lock- only 23% battery when we arrived so had to get a tech in to replace the battery and wifi issues

Our family of 5 adults and 1 child stayed at the Condo for 5 nights in late July early August. Overall we had a good experience. The location is absolutely perfect for a family as it is in the downtown area and guests could easily walk to various activities. The unit was well equipped so we were able to easily prepare meals for the family. We did have a bit of trouble getting in and out of the parking area but the response of the management group was excellent. We would certainly stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the location, condition and cleanliness were great. The kitchen could use a few more tools and large dishes. The beds were fine, the living area adequate, bathrooms clean with plenty of towels. Carpets could be cleaner. We loved the downtown location and the walkability to the train, river trail, grocery store, shops and restaurants. Be aware the Mears building can be "quirky" according to management. The codes for doors and elevator change without notice from management, and others will park in your assigned parking spot/s. We would stay there again.

Very nice property

This was a very nice property. It was very spacious and clean. Mears House is just a block from the train station. We really enjoyed our stay.
