The condo was as expected per the photos online - very nice. One of the main reasons we chose this particular until was because it had plenty of seating in the family room - many other places only had a couch and chair or love seat and chair, this place had a full size couch, a love seat and a recliner. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots, pans, Tupperware etc........ very helpful for making meals. Having the use of beach chairs was also extremely helpful - thank you!

Easy and comfortable getaway

A couple of friends and I booked this condo for Rockville 2024. It's "out of the way" enough that the beach wasn't super crowded, but close enough that it wasn't inconvenient to make a quick trip to shops. Beach access is across the road and easily accessible. The process of getting into the condo was extremely simple. I received an email shortly after booking that told us what to expect; another email shortly before arrival provided us access codes. The condo itself is comfortable and clean. Last day instructions were unproblematic. I left behind some of my items and the management team was able to recover them and ship them back to me for a nominal fee. Overall, we loved it and will book again in the future.

Perfect place

From the moment we entered the property we were impressed by the clean smell. The condo is huge with a great layout for 6 people. The beds were comfortable. The unit was very clean and well stocked with the needs to feed 6 people. It was a quiet unit as well as the complex. Enjoyed breakfast on the porch and could hear the birds singing. It was a great stay and we will be back!

Beyond our expectations!

We had a wonderful stay at Great Ocean's! Our VRBO was extremely spacious, Beautiful, clean and comfortable! They provided everything we needed during our stay! Everyone in the Condo community was so friendly and kind. We felt almost like a part of the community rather than an outsider just visiting! You are right across from the ocean which we loved, (we just walked right across the street)! The check out guidelines are easy and simple! We'd recommend this VRBO to anyone looking to stay in the Daytona/New Smyrna area. Everything is a short drive away and there is so much to do!

Lovely, well stocked unit

This is a wonderful complex that we have stayed many times. However, the condo rules have become ridiculous, especially the parking. In the past, we were able to park our trailer (for our motorcycle), but now there is no on-site parking. The rules are not clearly outlined -- many discrepancies. Also, apply sunscreen at the beach or pool, not in the condo building?

New Location in New Smyrna Beach

This Condo was an end of building unit, very spacious and well maintained. Everything that one requires for a vacation was provided. We felt " at home " right away. All equipment functioned as it should. There were some minor maintenance issues that should be addressed. 1] Late one evening a smoke alarm started chirping and continued after removing the battery. As there was no spare battery in the apartment, I had to go and find a store that was open at 9pm to buy some batteries. There should be spare smoke alarm batteries in the Condo. 2] One of the kitchen " flood " lights was not working. There was a box of spare " floods " in the unit, but the 2 replacements in the box also did not work. Owners should ensure that spare bulbs are in working order. 3] The 2 sink units in the main bathroom did not retain water. Both units leaked water at a slow rate. This minor problem needs fixing. None of the above issues spoilt our vacation, just minor annoyances that need to be taken care of in order to give this property 5 stars overall rating

Oceanwalk Condo

Very comfortable and nicely furnished. Great condo complex with security and heated pool. Love New Smyrna Beach- good restaurants and fun shops.
