Spacious house, just steps away from the beach. The side access to the sidewalk that leads directly to the beach was very convenient. The pool was a nice size to enjoy a relaxing swim after a day at the beach. The house had plenty of beds and there was ample beach toys and equipment. Kitchen was well equipped and the house had a propane BBQ grill. Would stay here again.

The house was extremely well appointed. We traveled from Orlando and brought so many things that we didn’t know the host provided, to include: beach chairs, boogie boards, bicycles, beach toys, beach umbrellas and a beach cart. The layout of the house was great and the walk to the beach was incredibly convenient. The ice maker in the kitchen eliminated the need to purchase ice locally and the kitchen was well-equipped. There is a local store with basic food staples / coffee / sandwiches less than 0.5 miles away which was extremely convenient as well. Being 4th of July weekend, we were happy to be far enough down the beach to avoid the overwhelming crowds that flooded the Casino Beach / pier / water tower area. We would 100% stay again, but after naming the sustains, I have always been told you need to name three things that could have been better. As seen in other reviews, I do agree with them that the dishwasher is beyond ready to be replaced as it cannot properly clean the dishes anymore. The internet was very spotty and did not work reliably for the majority of the stay. We did the basic troubleshooting steps, but it did not seem to help. We were on a vacation at the beach so it wasn’t anything catastrophic!Lastly, while it is listed in the listing, I think the 5:00 PM check in is a little ridiculous when added to an early 10:00 AM checkout. Other than those small things, the house was incredible and the management were extremely responsive and helpful.

Family together time

When we first arrived we were quite impressed with the accommodations. Soon we discovered that the cleaning crew hadn’t done a good job. I contacted the property manager and a new cleaning crew promptly arrived. They did a terrific job. We delighted in the beach access, pool and areas in the home where we could gather to play family games.

Wonderful stay

The house was perfect for our two families. The kids enjoyed the pool and the close proximity to the beach. The adults loved the kitchen, outdoor patio area, and the many bathrooms! We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay there again!

Pensicola 2023

Great location, on site pool was awesome to keep the kids occupied. Size of the common areas was great. Need ceiling fans in all bedrooms. Kitchen knives and scissors are all dull. Plenty of dishes, loved the ice maker. I'd come again.

Bouge Family vacation 2022

The home was located just minutes to the beach. It was spacious and big enough for our family. The children slept upstairs and it worked out great to where the adults had the main level. The only downfall was the dishwasher didn't get the dishes very clean and the oven took longer than usual to preheat. I loved the extra refrigerator in the lower level. We loved the pool for the kids after they came back from the beach! Easy access to shops and restaurants. We would definitely rent this house out again!

The gourmet kitchen is a bit of a stretch. Broken cabinet and drawers. No sharp knives, or good pan

Overall the property was nice, but maintenance was lacking. Insulation hanging under house. Wiring exposed in many locations. Pool was very nice. Comfortable house, but could have been cleaner. Appliances were a problem. Washer broke, coffee pot was broken, promptly replaced. Washer took several days to repair. Big issue! Labels need updating. Grill had to be lit manual. Promised it would be replaced but wasn't. Location of house is excellent. If maintenance was done this home could be perfect.

The location and size of this property were perfect for our large family. Our only recommendation would be too upgrade the beds, they were not the most comfortable to sleep in. We would definitely rent this house again!!

great house with a few suggestions for improvement

We loved the house but I do think there could be a few improvements. There are NO spices or salt/pepper, we think that would be an OK thing to leave for the next guest instead of throwing it away after each guest. More than one room of toilet paper per bathroom, one trash bag and one dishwasher pod would also be a great addition to the items left for guests. We dont mind bringing extra but I would think the rental company could leave a few more ammenities. the hood over the stove doesn't work, the fridge beeps every time you open the door, 2 broken kitchen drawers, all small things but things that should be fixed.

Thanks for the review and the comment that you "loved the house" - we specifically tell all of our guests what is provided and what to bring, so those comments about not having spices and other items were known prior to the guest arrival. PERFECT getaway!!

This house is amazing.... the pictures do not give it justice....!!!! Truely beautiful !! Gulf Coast was very professional and handled all aspects of our vacation perfectly.... from the confirmation , to the house rules, to what to expect upon arrival, what to bring for our stay..... etc.

Fantastic location

The house is beautiful and the location is perfect, it took 2 minutes to walk to the beach. Loved the open concept and the deck was amazing. This was the perfect house for our four families to stay in for the pensacola marathon weekend. Communication with the hosts was easy and quick.

Wonderful Place!

We rented the sunshine house for our beach wedding. It had plenty of room for everyone and we were so pleased with the set up. The pool area was nice and clean and the walk to the beach was very convenient. We can’t wait to stay here again!
