If one-bedroom deluxe views are what you are looking for during your Texas Gulf Coast getaway, look no further! This stunning 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo on the 1st floor sleeps up to 4 guests comfortably and offers some of the best views in the middle of the Port Aransas.

The private, wrap-around balcony is sure to be the highlight of your stay, with the perfect vantagepoint of the pool and glimpses of the ocean. With comfortable seating and additional tables on the balcony, catching up with friends and family while overlooking the view is easy to come by!

From the moment you step into your one bedroom deluxe, you will be enveloped in calming hues of grey and blue and sophisticated decor. The living space is spacious while it includes two couches to relax in while watching your favorite TV shows. This unit also features a trundle bed that includes two twin beds.

For the entertainer of the group, there is a gorgeous newly remodeled kitchen awaiting your arrival. Stocked with all the items you will need to use this space to its fullest, enjoying a meal with a view is done easily here. There is a dining table with seating for up to 6 guests and additional seating for 4 at the bar.

The master bedroom has a king bed, large closet, plenty of storage and a Smart TV for you to access applications like Netflix, Hulu, etc along with high-speed internet service. The bathroom in this condo has double sinks with gorgeous granite counter tops, a multi drawer vanity and a shower tub combo!

Although there is no construction occurring within this specific condo, please be aware that a private home is currently being built in front of the Sandcastle property line. There is still a view of the beach but the construction does slightly impact the view from different areas of the condo.

Overall all our family of 4 enjoyed the condo and experience. Yes, there is a new private home being build in front of this unit but it only obstructs part of the view and still have a large enough view that we didn't mind it. The angle of the patio helps. Being on the first floor you don't see the beach due to the dunes but you can see the ocean still. The construction was louder from Sandcastle from the opposite side of the complex than anything we heard from the private home. Two things in the condo we didn't like was the wifi was not reliable and didn't work at all on the patio. This was an issue because cell service didn't work very well either (Verizon). The second was the bathroom. Given the size and space of the unit the bathroom was small and the shower has a drop in which made it very narrow. For any wide shoulder people this is an obstacle. Not a deal breaker but they should have built a nicer walk in shower and get rid of tub and plastic drop in.

Check in process was easy. The elevator was not working so we had to carry all our things and a baby up two flights of stairs. The view from the balcony was beautiful, but the construction was right there and definitely detracted from the experience. The pool was clean and family friendly which was great. The walk from the hotel to the beach, while short, is not stroller or wagon friendly. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and cookware which was really nice. Overall we had a great time and a much needed reset! My son loved it and can’t wait to go back.
