Exactly what we saw online! Location was great! Walking distance to beach - only about 5 minutes. The only things we'd mention (and they are very minor things!) are... The grill was not clean. We ate out all week, but had thought we might like to grill one evening. We ended up not doing so because of all the wonderful restaurants in the area! The TV area on the bottom floor could use more comfortable seating and a larger TV, as this is the room we used most for just hanging out, going poolside/hot tub, etc. Other than that, great property, especially if you have a large group!! Thank you!

First house I never spoke to the host and I was told I couldn’t I dealt with the realtor and I prefer dealing with the host. The house was lovely I have never rented a beach house with no beach chairs umbrellas or anything needed for beach The house is beautiful and very clean but when we checked in the garage was full and they didn’t come to empty it as the realtor told me they would. The pool and hot tub were not cleaned prior to us coming so we couldn’t use them until they were cleaned. The walk to the beach isn’t bad but it is not the distance stated in the ad. We loved the area very much and will go back to the area again just would like to tell the host our experience directly

We regret your perception. We are the host of this property and we apologize for your angst. Your comments have been passed along to the proper people for follow up and action. We also regret you were not aware the pool and hot tub were cleaned and sanitized just before your arrival. We also returned two days into the stay to ensure the chemicals were balanced and everything was clean and safe. We will work on our communication so there is no confusion in the future. Your experience was not the norm as you can see from other reviews here. Please come back and give us another chance to deliver our signature 5-Star service our guests rave about.

The house had everything you needed for cooking, the bedrooms were very spacious and the bathrooms were clean. The guys enjoyed the game room downstairs and the outside pool area was just the right size for the 7 of us. We walked to the Avalon Pier and beach. It was maybe a 5 or 6 min walk. Perfect location and close to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores and fun things to do. Definitely recommend this house.

Property was very clean and host checked in on day 2 of our trip. Thankfully we had our shopping bags after our initial grocery shopping. I couldn't find any additional trash bags but we made things work. Couch blankets would of been nice as well but thankfully we packed one just in case. Would definitely rent again.

This was one of the best properties we have stayed in! Lots of storage in the kitchen and bathrooms. TV’s in every bedroom with streaming. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans. If we get the chance, we will be back!

Great location. Property was nearly new and very comfy. Doesn’t have any basics when it comes to salt-pepper, or tin foil etc so be sure to bring your own. Great location and very responsive.

Our extended family had a wonderful time staying here. Location was excellent and within walking distance of Avalon Pier. Several grocery stores nearby. Home was clean and felt new. Fit 6 adults and 4 kids easily. We also brought our dog and this worked really well. Even though it wasn’t pool season the hot tub was great for end of day relaxing. Areas for improvement are minor. Would have been nice to have more available toilet paper, dish detergent and paper towel in addition to providing laundry detergent, kitchen sponge and dish soap. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots/pans, and other kitchen ware. It would have been nice to have simple cooking supplies such as salt, pepper, cooking spray and other essentials provided. Upon arrival our check in code was not working. The rental company responded quickly and had maintenance out within 15min to get us inside. Chance, with maintenance, was helpful and kind. Would recommend staying here. The outer banks are a great place to explore, especially in the shoulder season. This rental provided us the “home away from home” to explore with our family.

Perfection

Wonderful clean, beautiful house. Just a short walk to the beach. Hot tub, pool just perfect for my vacation. Very convenient location. House well stocked w dishes etc.. rental agency just a text away.

Great Location!!

Booked the house over the 4th of July. Definitely a busy time of year for this area. The house was in a great location to do fun activities during the day. The beach was about a block or so walk. The house was super clean and management was very attentive. There was just one little issue with some ants in the kitchen but nothing we couldn't handle. Would book again next year but most likely after the holiday.
