Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the convenient location, spacious accommodations, pool, beach access, and beach chair service during your stay. We sincerely apologize, however, for the frustration surrounding the washing machine and, most importantly, the lack of timely communication and assistance you received. Having personal belongings trapped in the machine for several days without resolution is understandably upsetting and does not reflect the level of service we strive to provide. We are also sorry that our communication left you feeling unsupported during your stay. We appreciate your additional comments regarding the home’s furnishings, supplies, and road noise, as this feedback helps us identify areas where the guest experience can be improved. We regret that these issues ultimately overshadowed the positive aspects of your vacation and resulted in your decision not to stay with KEES again.
