I have stayed in this specific unit on the property on a few occasions and over time, the amenities have declined. Here are a few things which must be addressed immediately. The Microwave needs to be changed; the push button doesn’t open the door. You have to push the button, and open the door at the same time. The Lights above the bathroom mirror don’t work or they don’t turn on. The Water pressure is very low in the shower and toilet; maintenance fixed what they could but there’s only so much they can accomplish. I hope an Air conditioner (even if it’s a small, portable unit) should be in the common area. I had to request a fan to remain somewhat cool. The only air conditioning unit is in the bedroom; if I’m in the living room, it’s a sauna. The Shower head, handles and bathroom faucets are extremely outdated; this has been the case for a while. And finally, the smoke detector had no batteries and we couldn’t find a carbon monoxide sensor. I have pictures for each item mentioned if requested. As a result, I’m requesting one free night during my next visit if I decide to stay in this unit. Thanks for the opportunity.

I have been visiting Antigua Village Beach Resort for 30 years. I love the homie feel I get from the cozy apartments on the beach. Its a wonderful place to vacation. Just call ahead a make sure you are getting an updated unit.

We stayed in a beachfront villa which had an amazing view to the beachfront. We were literally only steps out the door to right on the beach. The villa was immaculately clean and loved the decor. Cleaning staff were always helpful and very welcoming as well. We will definitely be coming back in the near future.

The beach was beautiful with mild surf. The grounds were beautifully landscaped.The office staff was helpful. We had no trouble getting taxis. The room(s) we rented could have used updates—only the bedroom was air conditioned making the living room and bathroom too warm to use. Some of the windows in these rooms did not open properly. The awning over the patio did not open all the way—we requested for maintenance to fix it, but that did not happen. Our room was cleaned everyday, but we were not permitted to have extra towels.

Room was clean and well appointed. Kitchen had everything! Location was perfect, literally steps to the beach. Housekeeping staff was very friendly and accommodating.

I am delighted by the bad time we had since they stole my snorkeling mask and when I said it they did not look in the cameras of the property and when I arrived at the airport to return to Miami they write to me and tell me that they had found it and that it had a cost of more than 100 dollars to send it to me by FedEx when they are responsible for the security of said resort

Spacious, clean and up to date apartment. Loved the two balconies- one was facing the water and the second facing a courtyard, looking up into the hills. Good soundproofing and could not hear most beach noise, wave runners, or sounds blasting from sandals. Best part was we could take the stairs off of the balcony and be at the beach quickly. Air conditioning was great on both floors. We loved picking mangoes which were in season. They have at least two mango trees that we found. Again, the beach view was wonderful.

Very cute and aesthetically pleasing beachfront studio with kitchenette. Beach and water were beautiful, with jet skis and activities just steps away. Great for relaxing and staying close to the beach area. Two restaurant/bars are within walking distance, but everything else requires a taxi. A few downsides: the AC is only in the back bedroom, so the front living area gets very hot and humid. Bathroom is small and has no AC. There’s also a daily fee for the safe, no paper towels were provided, and the toilet was not fully cleaned. Mosquitoes were an issue, so definitely bring repellent. Overall 7/10. Best for travelers who don’t mind staying local, cooking meals, or renting a car. If I returned, I’d likely stay at Royalton CHIC Antigua (visible from the Villa) instead, since taxi and dining costs added up quickly.

This property is absolutely beautiful! The people manning the office are nice. The security is nice & helpful as we had a little trouble with the key to open the door. The gardens in this place are exceptional! The place is secure & location is the very best on the island...on Dickenson Bay. The sand is awesome, the beach in front of the condos is shallow & does not have tons of waves. The shopping isn't far away at all but you will need to drive or get a taxi. They have a grocery on the property. We didn't know about it originally. That information would have been helpful. We drove to the grocery store about 1.1 miles away. The website says the kitchens are fully furnished but that was not the case in the condo in which we stayed. The kitchen was very poorly stocked with cooking essentials.

We have stayed here twice. It is a beautiful property with simple rooms. Unfortunately, the additional bedding available in the closet included a blanket with a used condom signaling to me that they don’t wash the additional linens regularly.

Stayed there April 2026. My 3rd visit.Right on the beach close to amenities. Property well maintained. Great view. Nice small swimming pool .Small shop which sells a few but not all products for self catering. .20 minute drive from airport. 10 minute drive from St.Johns. Supermarket 5 minutes drive. Hope to return

Clean, updated 1 bedroom was perfect. Although it was booked as a studio the bedroom was separate by a sliding door which was nice. Patio was huge & had an amazing view of Dickinson Bay. I would definitely return.
