Stayed here last week and our 1 bedroom 1 bath condo was very clean. Had a murphy bed for our teen daughter. Nice view of the lake and marina. Pools were really crowded as to be expected in 90-100 degree weather. The indoor water park is much needed. So many other things to do tho. Would definitely stay here again!

still waters resorts does have alot of amenities. It is right on the water and close to silver dollar city so that is very convenient. The rooms are very outdated and our room was not very clean. Side walks are needed for guests to walk to different places on property. Check in was not very quick and not enough people to check you in when you can't check in till 4 there is a mass amount of people trying to check in or just pick up room keys

Our room was nice & overall, we enjoyed our stay; however, I will never stay here again UNLESS I was given a room on the top floor. I think it was a combination of 1.) having VERY loud, unaware people staying above us & 2.) a structural issue. The family above us walked very heavy (it sounded like they were purposefully stomping around sometimes, slamming doors, opening & closing the balcony door, etc. Even when they seemed to be a little more quiet (like at night), the floorboards were really squeaky, so we could hear every step they took as they walked across their room. It was kinda miserable...They stayed up until midnight & were awake by 7:30 all 4 days we were there, so my family didn't get much sleep. We asked the office to move us to another room three time (& also asked for a refund because we wanted to find another hotel), but they refused. We slept with a noise machine & AirPods the last couple nights. Again, the room was great, the amenities were great, everything about the place was great...but if we ever go back, I will request the top floor (& we will be mindful of the people below us!!) BTW, Expedia was AWESOME about the whole thing. Once I explained the situation, they were ready to help us find another room & even called the office manager to work on getting a refund for us (which again, Still Waters refused). Even though this was in no way Expedia's fault, they gave us a credit to use toward a future trip. THANK YOU EXPEDIA!!!!

Had a fun stay here, my partner not so much. We took this trip to celebrate my birthday but my partner still had to work the WiFi would not work and he ended up getting in a lot of trouble with his job for not being able to work while we were here. Also found so many dead bugs around our room and in the bathtub for me that was the worst part. But outside of the bugs and WiFi we did enjoy our stay and the place.

The pool was the best part very clean and well kept. The place is nice our issue was we booked a luxury two bedroom condo and its far from luxury. The ceramic floors were filthy the carpet was dirty and musty. All of the appliances are heavily outdated the fridge wobbles and hinges were broken.There were holes in the bedding not the most comfortable beds, If they advertised it as lakefront condo instead of luxury I would not be complaining. Also would add they charge luxury prices

The resort itself has TONS to do for everyone. The pools and lake activities were the highlight. They had food onsite but the sandwich shop (Mountain Man) and the pizza shop (pizza world) were amazing. Avoid el jefes (we paid almost $17 a plate and they did NOT fill all 3 tacos with meat and the queso was completely cold - Not worth the price). Check in was a mess. The person who checked us in didn’t tell us which room we were in and sent us to concierge and gave us the wrong persons tags for our truck. Our cards didn’t work to the room and we had to go back to the front office. Then they called to say we had not completed the paperwork, which I had filled out while there for check in so we had to go back to the office again. The carpet in the rooms needs a deep clean. Our actual stay was really good and they have plenty of things to keep you busy onsite though.

We took our 4 year old grandson and had a great time. The property was clean, the staff was helpful, the resort is very family friendly and we had so much fun at the pools. We are hoping to be back next year with the whole family!

Check in was very hectic. Probably 30 people in line and we wer told our room wasn't ready so we had to come back. Properly was very nice and the kids loved the pools with the slides.

We loved everything about this place! Used all the pools. Rented jet skis & pontoon boat. Great food trucks all around the property. Had Walmart delivery for everything we needed. Utilized picnic areas & grills next to sand volleyball & basketball. Great DJ by the Oasis pool on Saturday night. Couldn’t have been any better! Took free shuttle to & from Silver Dollar City. Thank you so much

Pros- actual property grounds were clean, location great.Water activities and Pizza were good.Pizzeria staff were friendly. Bed was comfortable. Cons- pools much smaller and not very clean, slides had mold. A child pooped by the slide, it sat there for 20mins with children running by it,just a wet floor sign over it before being cleaned up.Our son told an employee,she said what do you want me to do about it,then sat on the lifeguard seat on her phone.Bar at pool was rancid with the smell of trash bins,drinks overpriced,paid the same price when they ran out of cups and had to use small ones. Room-mold in bathroom. Water ran out after one shower, wasn't able to use bath bec water ran out so fast.Sliding door had no handle or lock.TV kept losing all channels.phone didn't work to call office,tried multiple times on my cell,finally got thru and was put on hold for 10mins before I gave up.Staff sat on phones or in groups laughing,would have to wait for one of them to order food or drinks.Laundry staff didn't speak English and sent us all over the property trying to find the coin operated laundry which was filthy and smelt disgusting. Overall I'd never go back here again.for the price paid it was not up to standard.Very disappointed.

Overall great experience. A few of the food trucks were a little farther away than expected, not really walkable but a quick 2 min drive away. Pizza place was AMAZING! Lake was beautiful and clean with lots of things to do. Pools and mini golf were a favorite of the kids. Rooms are spacious with a washer and dryer. However remember to bring laundry soap. It was nice to come home with clean clothes. Overall great experience.

Stillwaters is a great venue with plenty to do. The staff do push the tour at check-in & then follow-up with texts. Our room seemed to need a bug check as we were bitten several times after sitting on one of the couches. We took the extra sheets out and covered it to solve that issue. Hotel was sold out so no chance of room change.

We enjoyed everything! The only complaint we had was we never could find where we could swim in the lake, but we also didn’t ask. Next time we will definitely find that out. It was cooler weather and rainy while there and we still had a blast!

The rooms carpet I feel is unsanitary, it should be plank. No notions were provided which was never mentioned when I booked, Kleenex, Lotions. This should be stated up front so a person can bring these things. When registering we were not told of the towel exchange, toilet paper supply area, it’s a nice feature but would have liked to be informed. The pools, golf etc areas are great, the staff were very nice.
