The room could use a good scrubbing with a magic eraser. There are black scuffs and dirt marks all over the walls. Pool was great and quiet especially in the heatwave. Good central location really close to old town. Note to anyone staying it is a memory foam mattress. So it doesn’t breathe well and you get absorbed by it pretty quickly. Great if you like that type of mattress. Vince is very quick at communicating with anything and everything.

Comfortable bed, clean room. WiFi did not work entire stay so WiFi tv never worked. Communication with host was good, although the WiFi issue was never resolved. Very good walkable area.

Probably the worst choice I ever made on hotels.com. The check in process is convoluted. The host/agent (Vince) had to "check with his IT department" just to unfreeze the glitch in their check in process system. He refuses to even talk on the phone, and he ran me through endless text messages and "screen shots" just to engage in the overly burdensome "pre-Check in" process. The picture doesn't at all match the unit I was put in. If you make the foolish decision to book here, shut off the water inflow valve to the toilet after use so you can get some sleep at night with a leaky toilet to deal with.

The host was responsive to emails but the advertisement of the property was misleading. The pool wasn't heated and after three days of emails back and forth the host blamed the property manager and said they weren't responsible. The unit was also located near an entrance gate, which the lock was broken. The unit had fruit flies, and the entrance door, three feet from the bed, had a frosted glass window which made the unit feel less private. Not a good experience.

Cleaners were working on the room more than 45 minutes after stated arrival time (not an early check-in). Interior hallways and stairs were dirty and there was a general state of disrepair in the unit/building. Most significantly, the room had no operable windows, which is a hazard both for egress and ventilation. The interior of the unit had shelves that were falling off the wall, electrical plugs that didn’t work, and sections of drywall that needed significant repair. The rooftop area was a much needed space to get fresh air, but the lock to the door was half removed and the advertised fire pit had no attached propane tank. It is clear the owner either has not been to the property recently and has a negligent manager, or is predatory and knowingly renting a unit that is unsafe for both short and long term occupancy.

Easy check in process and host was very kind and made sure we had everything we needed. We went for the Dreamy Draw music festival and was very close to the venue + food and drinks.

This is a kind of a tough one. Not completely their fault, but it is. Let’s discuss the positive aspects. The room was nothing extraordinary, but it met my expectations. It was similar to any small room in Mexico, which is not a bad thing considering the price. Considering I was paying a cleaning fee, I went in and wiped the floors, and I could tell they had done a good job. All the appliances worked, and they even left behind some helpful instructions. I love the concept and idea. The location wasn’t ideal, as it was a 15-minute walk to Valley Ho for food, but they had a great coffee shop just around the corner. I had breakfast, dinner, and some wine there. It’s definitely a place I recommend. I must admit that I’ve been neglecting my responsibilities. If I had taken the time to read my emails, I wouldn’t have the problems I have now. However, I’m an individual who spends a significant amount of time in motels. I usually stay at the Marriott in Hilton Mines, and even Expedia has been a good option for me over the years, with a total of 700 nights spent. I didn’t realize that I needed to follow specific instructions, let alone that I needed to check my emails. I simply got the address and checked in at the hotel. This isn’t advice, but I think it’s important to clarify that the test instructions should be read before continuing, not the last question. Needless to say, I could not find what I was looking for. This is where the story gets interesting but we will leave it the

this is not a hotel it is a studio apartment in an apartment complex. a little misleading and a little odd. i believe this is one of 3 units that are being rented short term and the others are monthly renters. i personally would not stay here again although the location is very good. i did not use the pool or rooftop but some people may enjoy these amenities. check out is 10am
