Great customer support and easy check in. Room is very clean. The only issue was the noise outside. You can definitely hear the traffic and since it’s next to commercial establishments, you could still hear people partying or playing their car music at 1 in the morning

The location was great. Lots of restaurants in the area. My biggest complaint was the noise. It was difficult to sleep at night because of street noise from people and cars. I feel like insulated windows would solve this problem. Ear plugs were provided so I have a feeling the owners know this is a problem.

The apartment was comfortable and very clean. Parking in the street was easy too in general. The common area of the building needs cleaning (carpet was filthy/ laundry area: 1 machine very dirty out of 3 and 1 dryer not working). Communication ahead of checking in was contradictory and confusing, but the check out process was very straightforward.

The apartment is nicely furnished and in a great location for dining and nightlife activities. The rooms are clean. The faucet in the tub was old and nearly coming out of the wall. Otherwise, the bathroom was okay. The check-in process was horrible. We did not receive our check-in information and link within 48 hours of our arrival. When we called the property, they stated the link would be sent on our arrival day. We mentioned that we might need to cancel to avoid the risk of driving for 2 days with hopes of having a place to stay. It was during that call that the information/link was emailed to our attention. You must have the access code to enter the apartment building; no staff work at the complex.

Excellent communication. Condo was clean. Hallway carpet and washing machine /dryer needs replacement. Location good. It is loud at night from the night life outside but ear plugs provided. Overall a good experience.

This was an enjoyable stay for the price paid. The unit is big enough, the kitchen had most amenities, and the place is located in a vibrant area. We had some issues with check-in but we were able to talk to someone quickly who resolved it. The only downside to this place is that the air conditioning is extremely loud, making it really hard to sleep at night. We also had issues with our shower being clogged, and had to resolve it ourselves since the maintenance only came 24hours after we called them.

Kitchen had the basics for cooking obviously no food (no salt / pepper)at all but pots, pans, cups plates. Didn’t see any staff tbh it was all online Parking was fine we found space in front we also payed the extra to have a secure spot in the back. Only bad thing is you have to go around building to get inside you cannot access it through the back of the building Room was clean they provided a broom and dust pan.

This property was a 8 to 10 minute uber ride to the convention center. We had plenty of restaurants around us and a grocery store a few blocks from us called Needlers. Check in was smooth and the hosts are very accommodating. I read that nights can be a bit noisy which was true but the host did provide ear plugs to try and help with that. I would like to have had a few more places to hang towels since we had to use them more than once. Water was hot, air conditioning was cold and the apartment had all the necessities of home. I will say if you need assistance walking upstairs this building does not have an elevator and our unit was on the second floor. We were fine but some people may have an issue with that. We had a great time and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling to Indiana.

The host was quick to respond when we asked for things or had questions. The pull-out couch was not comfortable but they provided an air mattress as a replacement. Check-in and check-out was easy and it was very affordable with great restaurants within walking distance.

It appears that routine maintenance has been deferred. Hallways had multiple bad stain that obviously had been there for awhile. The toilet seat needs to be replaced as well as toilet paper holder. Grout in shower needs cleaning and trim near the tub needs repair. The headboard fell off the wall. It was apparently stuck on with double face tape. Other theses maintenance issues, it seemed to be clean and well located. Parking could be better explained on the website.

When we got in we never received the code to enter the building so we needed to call support at 2am. Additionally every time we tried to get into the building we had to enter the code several times because it denied entry. Was a hassle, decent price and was fine for a couple days. The toilet was not bolted down properly, the bathroom was not properly vented so it got very moist and slippery. Otherwise decent little spot to stay for a few days.

We booked a room with King size bed and we had a queen size bed, and that give us very hard time to sleep was horrible and cheating

The place was clean and well-kept. Basic essentials were provided which is so thoughtful: paper towels, dishwashing soap, toiletries, towels, utensils, cookware, coffee, extra sheets for pull out bed. The only thing that was bothersome was the bathroom exhaust fan that was so loud and it turns on when you turn the bathroom light on. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay and neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Thank you!
