Our check in was good, but we weren’t told times that the pools or anything closed so we weren’t able to attend any of them. Our room was the very bottom floor and you had to go down stairs to get to it (basement level), we had one window and went you looked out there was the ac units and a tall fence so we didn’t have any view of the outdoors. We Walked in our room and it smelled strange and the bathroom door was very hard to use, it kept getting stuck when you opened or shut it and was very loud so a trip to the bathroom at night woke everyone up. Not that we did sleep any to get woke up. The bed was terribly hard and the pillows were AWFUL! It was almost better to not use a pillow. We tried using extra pillows from the closet and it didn’t help either. We tossed and turned all night and maybe slept a total of 2-3 hours. I’m glad we only booked the one night because we would’ve canceled any other nights we had planned. The staff were polite, the view was great from the check in desk but obviously not our room. Overall it was decently clean but our overall stay wasn’t good at all for the price we paid.
