A few minor hiccups, but overall a wonderful experience for a mom and 2 teens. Gate staff were amazing! 10 min walk to the beach from our condo which was near the back of the property. Quiet, safe and friendly community with locals and tourists alike.

Appartement très bien placé au sein d’une résidence avec plage privée. La localisation est top, la propreté de l’appartement également. Mon regret est qu’il est notifié pour 6 personnes et que le canapé lit était vraiment inconfortable et vieillissant. Sinon franchement c’était top !👍

Easy access to the beach, our unit came with free beach rental for chairs and umbrella, and snack bar was right on the beach!

Overall, great stay particularly I like having its own beach access. Will come back and most definitely try to get a unit closer to the exit. It was difficult for door dash or even uber to find us.

we had small roaches in the kitchen, the fan and light in master bedroom was glitching, maybe battery in remote was bad. could not get hot water in shower, fan in dinning room was not working. the freezer would not freeze the ice or food, fridge was not cold. Overall location was great, overall property of condo was good with the few small issues

Easy access to the beach, great location for around the town. Nice pools. The place could have been cleaned better, lots of dust and stains. A mattress cover would have been nice and the pull out couch/bed mattress was definitely needing to be replaced.

Filthy! Highly disappointed!!

The room was absolutely filthy! The bathroom fan didn’t work was completely broken, although there’s a pointless heater switch, leaving stick filled air and forcing everyone to dress in the bedroom; the broken dryer vent ruined my favorite top, a note board was left with false information, and Vacasa claimed that the non-existing jet tub listed specifically under “in the room” then “bathroom features “ on their actual app, referred to the supposed hot tub on the property, which was properly listed “on the property” although it wasn’t, nor were these numerous pools. There was absolutely no way to access the lights to the Murphy bed, despite in room directions to do so; only half of the outlets worked, not one in the bathroom or near the extra sink; only one very large pot and one very small pot in the kitchen, every dish had to be cleaned - and the carpet was covered in filth; I finally found the shower curtain and extra pillows in a closet (no note card on that one), after 2 days of only having an old liner and one extremely thin, flat pillow per person. I stayed here two years ago and the room was Extremely clean, comfortable, and everything actually worked! Vacasa did respond and apologized, giving me an approx 8% refund for all of the issues!!? Wow! Outside of the room we tried to avoid, we had a great time! Will I stay here again after this? Would I recommend it? I definitely would have two years ago!! ONLY if you bring EVERYTHING from home and expect to clean!

The condo overall was in a nice location, check in/ check out process was easy. Nice pools and loved the decorations in the condo. Also, the beds were very comfortable. I only have two complaints about our 5 day stay. 1. THE ROACHES were out of control! Day one started with killing small to medium size roaches in the kitchen, but then throughout the entire stay we were seeing and killing roaches crawling inside kitchen cabinets ,on curtains,on walls, in living room, bathrooms, hallway and bedrooms at one time even crawling on my child’s toothbrush that was on the bathroom counter! 2. Our refrigerator was not even workable for the first two days of our stay- we had to keep perishables in a cooler with bought ice. The freezer door/drawer would not stay shut which made the freezer not workable either!

It is walkable to the beach and that's it! The only entrance to the property is a country mile from the main street. Additionally, since this unit was in the catacombs of the property, it was a nightmare to give directions to Uber and food delivery drivers. That said, the interior of the unit was very nice. It had ample linens and a quant little kitchen. It also had a small washer and dryer which came in handy for swimsuits. Overall it was a good experience.

Place could be nice but it needs better maintenance. The lock for one of the sliding glass door was missing, another sliding glass door was broke (probably hit by a golf ball), the tv in the living room didnt work, the kureg coffee pot didnt work, and i killed at least a dozen roaches over the course of my stay. I spoke with the manager about my concerns and was given a small discount (less than 10% of what i payed).

Good location. Big complex so a little walk to beach and pools. Washer is super small and dryer took about 3 hours to dry a couple of things. Otherwise we loved it. Make sure to bring dishwasher pods and laundry pods and xtra trash bags if you don’t want to buy them. They provide small starter kit.

My unit had the guest restroom with cleanliness issues. The shower handle in the master bedroom broke off as soon as I tried to turn it on. Water was running for 3 hours before someone could come and fix the issue and I had to keep calling so they could be reminded to come and fix it. In the end they didn’t fix it. All they did was put the shower handle back on slightly. So we couldn’t use the master bedroom shower during our stay which was very inconvenient. Having private beach access was good. Porch light didn’t work either. Over all I rate it a 3. Too expensive to be having these issues.
