One of the worst stay in Seoul. I booked it because i usually book other Brown Stone and I was expecting the same, clean, smooth stay. Unfortunately, it was terrible. TV screen was damaged, no utensils, on top of all the room service left my room open for entire day. AC doesn't work properly. Just overall bad experience. If you want to book Brown Stone, just book the one next to Seoul Station.

Overall, for the price, it was ok at best. When we arrived, the bathroom faucet was on the verge of breaking off and the toilet cover was not properly covering the toilet and was very inconvenient to use.

Dont rely on stock images, the room was not clean at all, walls dirty/not wiped, hair and rubbish from previous guest still in the room, walls are thin so you can hear the neighbours and elevator outside loud, hard bed, bathroom was bad with dirty grout titles, siding door padding was removed which made the place unsafe, no shower curtain which resulted the entire bathroom all wet

The room was so dirty, full of dust and even had some urine left on the toilet. There was a big mosquito in my room but the counter closed at 11pm, so no one could help change the room during mid night.

Convenient location. The hotel itself is a little bit old, e.g. the pilows are slightly yellow. I would say it is still acceptable for a night, but would not recommend if you want it to be one of your core memory about Korea.

Good Location, Helpful staff and Comfortable

The staff can speak english well and they promptly respond to your inquiries via email. The location is very close to Sinchon Station and there is an Airport limousine bus stop (nearby) just walk only 200 metres. The room is comfortable and has enough space to keep 2-3 baggage on the floor.

Pretty mid stay

Korea was quite cold during my visit, but the heater did not work the entire stay. They did have daily housekeeping service and kept the place clean.
