Recently stayed here for mine and my husbands 10 year anniversary. The pictures made it look like a beautiful place and I thought it would be way better than staying at a hotel, I was wrong and I wish I got a hotel instead.
The employees were very nice and check in was easy and they were very informative. When we got to our room, it looked NOTHING like the pictures. Walking into our unit, it was very dark, the furniture was all scratched up, dirty, and outdated. I got to the bedroom and was horrified with not only the condition of the furniture but the bed sheets were dirty and it was INFESTED WITH BED BUGS!
The staff was nice and apologized and gave us a new room which had a way nicer feel and vibe BUT was still dirty. Our sheets had some weird black crusty stuff on them, the tile floor was very sticky and the carpet just felt very dirty. The floors made our feet brown and we were constantly having to clean them with wet wipes. The coffee table had residue and greasy marks all over it, the shower had some black mold and the shower head was dirty and covered in build up, and the couches were so dirty and covered with white spots, boogers, hair, etc. I wouldn’t let my toddler sit on it. The king size bed had two tiny pillows (we ended up going to Walmart to buy some to use.) and the bed wasn’t super comfortable. The mattress was dirty and the space in between the mattress and bedframe looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. We didn’t enjoy and will not be back.
